The actor is back to work after taking a month's break. He was working continuously for three years thanks to Kesar and needed some time to de-stress. Nikhil a self-confessed workaholic says, "After Kesar, I hadn't signed anything because I wanted to take a break, but lately it was getting to me because I happen to be a workaholic. I'm glad Ekta thought of me for this role and am grateful because obviously she knows best."
