OK, before this turns controversial, I'd like to say that these are purely my views... They are not meant to offend or hurt any Karan fans....
I think Karan has terrible double standards. He has completely and utterly ruined Tanya's life.If he loved Nandini so much, why did he have to go and marry tanya in the first place? Now some of you might say that "Oh, the family forced him to marry her, who told her to marry a married man?"
Well first of all, he is a mentally sound, independant, adult. Noone can force him into marriage. There must have been some part of him that wanted to marry her too. He was in love with her.
And Tanya could have equally taken care of Bhoomi, without marrying Karan too.
Okie, moving on.... He succumbed to family pressure and married her. But was he so true to his true love for ever and ever, Nandini? Nope, he gets Tanya pregnant with Manthan.....
Then Nandini is outta the coma (I havent watched Kyunki before the leap so I dunno if Tanya got preg before or after Nands came outta the coma)... Then they bring her home...
Nandini goes to jail later... La la la... Tanya gives birth to Manthan.
20 years jump! *jumps*
For 20 years Tanya has been bearing constant comparisons, criticisms and nitpicking about not being Nandini. Well they themselves brought her into the house... And how can you expect one human being to be another person!?!? Isn't it enough that this woman has cared for you and your family, including that a child that is not hers, and brought that very child with more love and affection than her own son...?
Now Nandini is back, and Tanya has decided that she will not be the reason that Karan wont get his love and has willingly stepped out of the way. But does this man acknowledge that? He just says "Jo bhi hai Vijay, jaldi karo, mere paas time nahi hai, main usse dubaara khonaa nahi chahta..." in this indifferent tone, ignoring the fact that the woman who just gave you more than 20 years of your life is sitting there, willingly giving up the only life she has known and wanted, giving up the family and the man that she loved, just to make him happy....
When Nandini has the common sense that no good ever comes from ruining a family, why doesnt Karan get it?
I've seen many people saying that Karan deserves to be with Nandini coz she is who he loves. Well what about Tanya's right to be with the man she loved? Just Karan has the right?
Karan, knowingly and unknowingly, has ruined 2 lives, that of Tanya and Manthan, in his foolish pursuit of Nandini.
Since the leap, we always see that Karan has not once, talked affectionately or with love to Manthan. Is it coz he isnt Nandini's child, like Bhoomi?? Disgusting double standards again, paying more attention to one child more than another, especially when the other is your own flesh and blood.
You cannot always get everything you want in life, you cannot always live with the person you love, even though that is what we all wish for... Compromises and adjustments have to be made .
After the leap, Karan's character has been transformed into a completely...despicable character...🤢

Again: No offence meant. Purely my point of view. You may agree with it, or you may not. It doesnt make a difference to me. Just expressing my view on the situation.
