If Raj Bhasin is Abhir's dad, then what did Tulsi do to ruin his life, it was Raj who stole Tulsi's son (Ansh)and sold it to Gujral and Kesar (Tulsi's cousin) who carried Raj Bhasin's child had to give up her child who happened to be Harsh and was exchanged in the hospital by Raj Bhasin.
So I really don't see what Tulsi did to Raj Bhasin to ruin his life.
