i dont think that ganga and tulsi were in same situationalthough they were kicked out of house 20 yrs. back. sahil kicked ganga out for another woman so its not easy for ganga to forgive sahil where as tulsi 's act of mercy killing was not 100percent appropriate since she did not consult any one and did deserve being kicked out.

I agree she didnt consult.. but she shudnt have been kicked out..

n if Sahil wasnt cheating.. he shud have spoke to Ganga (if she was suspecting).. kicking out was no way a solution!!!!

n if he wasnt cheating.. then why did he marry Tripti??

I think that forgiving or not forgiving a crime as serious as this, is defintely at the discretion of the person who undergoes the years of trauma.

As much as we might like to believe, Ganga never really had the kind of support from the SN members that Tusli has had. No one was really either bothered or concerned to stand up for Ganga the way they would have done for Tusli. In that sense Ganga's battle has been more challenging than Tusli's. Tulsi brought the misundersatndings and years of seperation upon herself in a sense. She always had the support of her children and bahus. She should have known that Mihir's anger in that respect was real and justified. In time she should have returned to clear the air.

Ganga's case was a case of total treachery by Sahil. He never wanted her back and actually schemed with Gayatri to kick her out. So I don't agree that Tulsi and Ganga's pain are comparable. It is in fact wrong on the part of Tulsi to suggest that she should forgive Sahil. It is upto Sahil now to make ammends. Not the other way round.

Exactly. It is easy to give suggestions to others. But look at Tulsi herself, she made such a big big issue with Mihir before actually forgiving him. Mihir literally fell on his knees to have her back. Sahil has not made any such effort. Tulsi cannot put herself in Ganga's shoes coz she has not gone thru a similar humilitaion as Ganga.
