so karan told bhoomi that nandini is her birth mom .. but he didnt say anything that hes not the real father . what do you think will happen when bhomi finds out bout ansh being her real father ..

ya...i dont think it was the right time tell her..when she just found about her real mom!!! Karen knew he hurt and if he told her about the rape and everything, god knows what would of have happened 😭
