well, she is already shown almost negative. she doesn't like eklavya despite being ansh's best friend and helping tulsi bringing him home.

and she has told karan in the episodes after leap where he accuses her of being the reason why nandani left, she told him she will leave him as soon as nandani comes back. but in friday's episode, its obvious she won't leave him and will make a big scene.

but whatever reaction she has, nandani will not come to karan as easily as many people on this forum think. just because she will be found, will not mean that she will willingly come to karan. she left him, he didn't leave her. keep that in mind.
