he is damani and gautam's real son and when he was born he was born a little special u know what i mean.

Mayank is Damini & Gautam's biological son. He was born with Multiple Sclerosis which is a disease of the nervous system. =[.

He is damani and gautam's real son and when he was born he was born a little special like a little kids brain and his hand was always like that i really feel bad for him.

This just came to me Mayank was born with Multiple Sclerosis which is disease that makes your muscles weak, but Mayank looks like he now as a disease like how Hritik Roshan had in Koi Mil Gaya, which was like his body is of the age he is, but his mind is like a kid. I dont get what Ekta is trying to do!

They did say it. When Mayank fell sick, Damini & Gautam took him to the doctor. He told them that he had Multiple Sclerosis. That's why Gautam wanted Nakul back.
