Thanks! I had thought you meant a direct raise in the warning level.

Thanks for clearing...

ok well i need to say this no matter wat, even if i get warned. well latley...as much as the forum is getting better it is also getting wierd...like for exapmle all topics even disccussion on a character gets closed and the mods and dev team say tht we made a new section called "blah" and post all ur discussions on "blah" there? well if we are going to do tht in a certain thread then it gets cloggy and confusiong and its like really stopping the fun discussion.
- sorry just my opinon.

I am having the same problem understanding you. And feel free to PM us, we are always here to listen to you guys. And if you are talking about the chat threads, then that has been a long standing rule that we do not allow random chat threads in the forum otherwise the whole forum will be full of only those. We now do have a whole different section for them known as Chat Clubs.

Hope that made some sense, otherwise we r just a PM away!!!

Finally there will be an end to replies like "tfs", "thanks" etc.

This is a great idea because it will force our members to write and think more creatively.

When someone posts an article, you are supposed to comment on the article; for example, what you thought of the article, or if you have some extra information on the article and not just write thanks and tfs. Although the thread author appreciates your thankfulness, he/she needs your opinion on the post too.

I won't deny that I have also done it a few times. But, I was frankly getting tired of seeing a page full of tfs's.

I also request moderators to warn members for posts containing only smileys or single-word.

This will definitely make our forums more interactive.

Thank you mods!

Hey Swati isn't that kind of harsh though. Giving members warning for posting a thanks?

I don't think members will get used to it that early. It may take some time but they will. I think some members who aren't aware of it are still going to say "thanks" because they are probably not aware.

Nowadays a warning means alot.😛 If someone accidently posts a "thanks" and wasn't aware of this new feature it would disqualify them from any promotions what-so-ever. I think you guys should give members a little time to cope with this yaar.

Just my opinion.😳

Regards,

Khizer Bunty😛

Khiz, you seem to forget that we have smart people in IF. They wont take long to get used to any new feature.

Its been noticed that many people post in tfs, thanks, Thank you without even reading the article/post just to increase their post count.

Now, they can write in and discuss more.

Yes Deepthi di I got it now.😆

I was just thinking about those members who sometimes do not pay attention to little things or announcements.

But hopefully all members are as smart and mature as they should be to catch on.😳

Sorry for the stupid comment.😛😳😆
