As per the current storyline, karan will continue to blame tanya for losing nandini and taunt her so much that manthan and even bhumi are going to be successful in convincing her that karan doesn't love her as much as he loves nandini and never will. Then tanya will leave w/ her kids, possibly with only manthan.

I think when nandini arrives, bhumi and manthan will hate her for creating problems between tanya and karan and thus this will then create problems between tanya and nandini.

I think they'll turn the character of tanya into a negative one. We'll see what happens. It sure is going to be interesting!
