Agreed that she does not want Sahil's kids suffer. But this not the way to tackle the problems. She had to drum into Sahil the reality of hurting Ganga the way he did.

Just by supporting Sahil and of course it is hard to deny her love for Nakul being the biological mother, she is not aiding the truth. She is just reconciling herself to accpeting Sahil's new reality which is Tripti. SO Damini's role is passive where it shouldn't be yet resentful towards Karan and Ganga where again it shouldn't be.

I am still not convinced that Damini is handling the situation without bias for Nakul. In the past also she had picked up a major fight with Ganga over Nakul and had asked for the custody of Nakul back through the lawyer. Post leap the mothers like Tanya and Damini are being shown as biased towards their children. This is not the culture that Tulsi had taught her Bahus.

I agree with you that what is the problem with Damini? Why did she go to Ba and said that Ganga has changed. Ganga only left because she was forced to leave. I can't waite to see when they all go to Haridwar. It will be interesting when they find out about Tulsi.

Point is, the Ganga Sahil issue is a 20 year old one....and there is no point in really lamenting for someone who is absconding for the past 20 odd years(I'm being practical here)...What must be of utmost concern is the present.....and sadly, in the present, its really iniquitous that Sahil and his kids are being belittled and maligned like for everything they do ...they are jeered at only because of their poor economic status....and that, cannot be justfied.......damini had no idea that Ganga would come back, so instead of labouring under the illusion that Ganga might come back, its better to solve the workaday tiffs which might snowball into a terrible fight later......and since no one realy took the initiative to make the kids bury the hatchet,All that happened was the mayank turned out to be egoistic supercilious brat, who never misses an oppurtunity to rebuke his cousins for their poor economic status and thus everything culminating in nakul's humongous inferiority complex😕🤢🤢

Finally I must make it clear that I have never watched KSBKBT before, so whatever i am saying may perhaps sound really ludicrous , as I am unaware of the finer nuances of the story..I just have a vague idea about who is who...So please do correct me if I have said anything inappropriate😊

may be Damini tried to show Sahil he was wrong as 20 years have passed since Ganga left and she has given up now as what she said at the time didn't change his mind

It's harsh to say that Ganga absconded from the house. She was expelled from the house which is torturous for a mother, woman and a wife. Let us please understand issues in the real perspective. Damini was a supporter of Ganga and has not cared to find out in 20 years how Ganga is and where she wnet after she was expelled from the house. Karan has cared whereas other people have really not. So each individual to himself or herself.

i think her character is a loser coz besides vacillating in her opinion, she is always confined to the background
she hardly takes a stand on any matter, as in her presence does not make an impact for peanuts!

Damini is not a loser and neither is she a bad person. Damini only wants the best for the house and I am sure her kids wont get as screwed up as Tanya's kids are. Lets wait and see and I m positive that Damini is the only good bahu in the house.

I don't fink damini is a loser. Maybe she doesn't say anyfing 2 sahil cos shes biased against him. If she were 2 confront sahil about wot he did 2 ganga, it wud be a repeat of wot happened the las time she did. Meaning she wud really humilate sahil again cos ganga was her best-friend. And as 4 her saying ganga has changed, well, ganga herself admits she has. Those 2 were practially tied 2 each other when they both lived in SN an they were like sisters. So who knows beta then ur sister if u hve changed? An as 4 keeping contact, ur forgetting that it was ganga that left SN witout telling damini an she never even left her a contact number! Maybe damini knew then that ganga had changed, cos the ganga she knew wud never hve done that.
