umm...i think ganga had a miscarriage.....while trying to save damini....and damini was pregnant at that time too...
so wen ganga lost her child....damini found out she was having twins....so she promised ganga she will give one of her child to ganga...
so wen mayank and nakul were born...she gave nakul to ganga....and at that time..ganga cudnt have another child again....thas y damini gave nakul.....
so i duno how she had lakshya (kisna) afterwards....
