actually (1) i don't think she will be and (2) i don't want her to be, because then she would get everyone's sympathy and nobody would find out her true nature
there are worse things than death, and i think for her it will be when mihir slaps her relentlessly and kicks her onto the road, spurning her love and affection and giving her a life sentence for killing his mother

I agree with you. However when she is thrown out on the streets it will only make her more revengeful. It will only be same old thing. Just like Payal.
