This serial started as a highly sopisticated art piece, classier than any Hindi movie, a show that a whole family can share and enjoy, where kids learn some lessons of culture and traditions, women relate to what they have in their families (or don't) and men can realte to some of the business world shown...But the point is even though it was exclusive and wealthy family, most of us could RELATE to something in the story...

Moreover, we enjoyed antaksharies, sweetness of common relationship bonds and for people like us in US-away from home-could enjoy festivities, festivals and latest fashions.

Now, lately it has simply gone downhill-down in entertainment, down in humour and most of all, the kind of story being presented, most of the public can not relate to....I have another name for it-Instead of SITCOM (situational comedy), it has become a chronic series of SITRAG (situational traedies)...God bless us all in this safar of suffering in our journey of KSBKBT to YSBKAT!!!

u r really funny!but i think the audience still relate to the story!n i think it is the best!it is the fav show 4 the indian janata!i say this as in kwk smriti said that girl went n kicked ronit roy n told him to stop torturing his wife!that means most like tulsi character so many still like kyunki!

Thanks, Lakshmi. It was just meant to be funny, and I still watch it. My point is that serial from kabhie khushi, kabhi gum to has simply gone to gum/rona-dhona and problems.
