can not see kyunki online

there is some site. i tried to register for kyunki saas bhi but could not. is that a free register??? cuz when i reistered they ask me to take the membership($ 39.90)...eveybody says(ek anjana) that it's a free membership and u can wath kyunki online. will u pls tell me how to do free registration and can watch kyunki online??? i really appriciate it.
