About to die is not equal to death and that is why mercy killing is a crime coz noone knows who will die and how? So when Nandini was in coma someone would have killed her saying that she will not come back and bla bla but she did. And in Savita's case it is shown that such people shd be killed coz they are in pain and stuff. Who knows Savita would have become healthy once again. Only God knows and that is why we cant kill someone. So in short nandini was alive and legal wife of Karan. Karan's marriage to Tanya is just a dhong and illegal 🤢

What ever it was at that time.. legal or illegal, when Nandini came back from Coma and Karan did not divorce her but lead a married life with her, and now Tanya staying with him is illegal when his wife is still alive...this means that Tanya is his keep and she wants him under any cicumstances as she ready to sahre him..that is so cheap.
