Yes, according to Hindu marriage act, marrying another woman when the first wife is alive or not yet legally divorced is a crime. no justification for what Karan did. only Nandini is his legal wife and Tanya is just a KEEP.

So naturally the child born to Karan and Tanya is an illegitimate child i.e Najayas Aulad.

Yeah but according to the doctors Nandani was just a living corpse then. 😭 But if anyone is to blame in this case its Karan. 😡 It was he who decided to marry Tanya. The family might've pressurised him but ultimately in the end he agreed to marry Tanya and he was the one who consummated their marriage. 😕 But people still blame Tanya for all this. 😡
