We know she has a passion and fervour about saying things she strongly feels about. Give her a platform and Smriti Iraani will give a rousing speech about anything. But is a telly show a podium to lecture and rant about your beliefs? Maybe not, especially when it's Kandy Floss.

The show that's brought scandal and gossip to your living rooms had Iraani along with the vivacious Meghna Naidu (dressed in a salwar kurta) discussing sleaze and oomph in movies. Archie being the righteous host gave both Smriti and Meghna ample time to give their views. But a little birdie from the sets told us that Smriti cut Meghna every time she tried to say something.

"Poor Meghna was scared of being reduced to a prop in the background with Smriti countering everything she said. It was quite hilarious, at the same time quite a task to deal with." We suggest giving Iraani a solo spot the next time.

yeah i saw it Smriti was good, because she knew what to say and to prove her point 👏

i saw the episode but i dn't think smriti contradict in every point.actually she just share her views.i like her discussion.

I don't think that Smriti was actively trying to cut Meghna. She has an expressive personality and doesn't hesitate to speak her mind. With the little time alloted to the discussion, Smriti was just trying to get her point across.

This article was a little biased in regard to the author's personal opinion of Smriti.
