Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhie Bahu thi... update for March 7, 2006.
The episode begins when Tulsi enters her room and sees Savita's photo frame on the nightstand. She looks at it and is lost in her thoughts that she could actually hear her voices. Tulsi hears Savita calling her, asking her whether the preparations for the pooja are done, and the jewelry set that Savita has ordered for Shobha and stuff like that. Tulsi imagines Savita's voice as if she is back to normal. You get the idea, right. (Amazing acting by Tulsi). She realizes it was just her imagination. Tulsi goes to look for something in her closet, clothes just start falling and along with it falls a picture which had Savita, Tulsi and Gautam in it. Tulsi goes back in the past again.
Past
Now this past situation is where Savita is talking to Gautam and holding his hand, she says I thought we were going to lose you, Gautam comforts her by saying look at me, I am right here all fit and fine. The grandson and grandmother share a moment. Tulsi smiles and then they hear Mihir calling Gautam, Gautam excuses himself and goes. Savita sees tulsi and thanks her for what she has done for Gautam. She says that she had completely lost hope. Tulsi says that its not just me, even if it was Mihir, he would have done the same thing. Savita says you are one of a kind, Tulsi. No matter how hard any member of this Family would have tried to save Gautam from this case, no one would have been able to do what you did, you are a fighter tulsi. Tulsi smiles and appreciates her compliments.
Back to present
The picture is shown again and Tulsi looks at Savita in the photo and says Aaj aapki fighter bahu haar gayi, she cries. Then suddenly the hindi shlok is played in the background and Tulsi gets this Shakti. She says no, I am not gonna lose, nor am I gonna let Ma lose. You were right Ma, I am a fighter, till my last breathe I am going to fight for you and in order to achieve that I will have to change the way Ma is thinking, I will have to change her perception and there is only one way to achieve that goal
The sun rises and Savita's friend Smita, has come to visit Savita. She asks Savita how she is doing? Savita has this can't you tell look on her face, I mean anybody could tell how she is doing, that was a redundant dialogue. Anyways so she comforts Savita by saying don't worry everything will be fine, plus she has got a daughter in law like Tulsi. Savita says not daughter in law but she is more than a daughter. Smita says see in this case, you have been very lucky. Then Tulsi enters and says Good morning Ma, I have got you some flowers. Smita says right now, I was just talking about you, Tulsi smiles. Smita says the doctor was talking about some new medications, I will just go and confirm. Tulsi says why are you bothering to do this, I will do it. Smita says this is the least I can do for my friend. Tulsi smiles and Smita excuses herself. Tulsi tells Savita, that on the way here she saw these flowers and decided to get em for Savita, she says she will just put them in the vase there. Savita asks her not to do so, Tulsi asks her why not, as they are so beautiful. Savita says they don't look so good today. In here, they will die or worn out like me. Tulsi says what's the big deal if they do die out, I will get new the next day. She says that everyday she will decorate that room with fresh new flowers. Tulsi says that she wants savita to realize that still there is so much life in her that she needs to live. Savita says this life is not to live but to die everyday in the form of living. TUlsi is irritated and asks her why she is talking like that, she says did you know, I wanted to give you some good news. Savita looks at her, Tulsi continues by saying, that she had send her reports to a well known German doctor, who had a positive response. He said that Savita will be back to normal in no time. Savita asks her to stop lieing. Tulsi tells her how in the world can I lie to you, Ma. Tulsi says that the doctor is going to come to Mumbai in two weeks and then she will fine. Savita has the look of disbelief on her face, she is happy, she asks Tulsi whether she will be able to visit Shantiniketan again? Tulsi says yes. Savita asks her will she be able to walk on her two legs again, will she be able to begin her life afresh in the house where she entered as a bride. Tulsi says yes. Tulsi walks to the window and feels like crying her heart out, while Savita says that you know tulsi, if the doctors would have said what you just said, I wouldn't have believed them because they might be just giving me false hopes but since you are saying it, I believe it because you always speak the truth, you believe in truth. Once I become fine, I will go to Shantiniketan and in front of everybody, I am going to kick that Meera out of there. Tulsi is crying but doesn't show it. she lifts her right arm and says hum usse dhuke maar maar kar nikal denge, just watch. Tulsi nods her head. Then suddenly Savita feels the pain, she says this pain is... but now this pain won't be able to win against me. She says today this Savita is not alone, but the hope of her being alive is also with her. I am not alone, just this pain should leave me alone. She calls out to Tulsi, and asks her to get the nurse to give her a big dose of pain killer. Tulsi runs out and asks the nurse to help her Ma out with pain killers. The nurse asks is that Savita virani, Tulsi says yes and yells at her, (because she was slow, hahahaah). Tulsi cries and says to herself, why did she lie to Ma. Smita sees her crying and comforts her, she puts her hand on her shoulder and says to calm down, everything will be alright. Tulsi cries and says nothing will be alright, for the first time I lied to my other and gave her false hope. Smita cries too.
The next thing is not exactly a scene but a couple of lines that say how at the moment of death every misunderstanding between the two of them has cleared up and how everything is fine, but still not fine. I mean now that Savita knows the true Tulsi, she won't be alive long to actually spend the happy moments of her life with her daughter. You know what I mean right?
Next scene.
The cutie pie Eklavya is trying to call some one. (how come everybody is trying to call someone in this house, but no response from the other side, I just find it weird. Anyways, Gayatri chachi asks him who is he calling and Eku says that he is calling dadi. Gayu says that it is somebody else's house and we should not mess around with some one else's stuff. Eku is like but it has been so long since he hasn't met or spoken to dadi. Gayu asks him not to stubborn, she is being all mean and bangs the phone down to its receiver thingi. Ba comes and asks her as to why she is yelling at the kid. Gayu is like I am not, just listen to what I am saying, Ba says that she was the one who asked Eku to call back home, she was worried since she has not been in contact with the TULSI for the past 20-25 days and ..Gayu interrupts her by saying, Ba I think you are forgetting that a prominent member of the family is also left behind, she says the thought of Tulsi is worrying you but what about savita didi, how come you never thought of her even once. Ba is like what am I to say. Gayu continues by saying that if you don't care if she is dead or alive. Ba is trying to deny her statement, but Gayatri is like no Ba, if that was the case then you would have never supported tulsi. Ba says, I agree to the fact that Tulsi is closer to me, than Savita. But that doesn't mean that I am an enemy of savita, I will make sure that as soon as we get back home, I will find her and get her back home, even if Tulsi needs to apologize I promise you bahus that I will do what I said. Ba leaves and Gayatri devi is thinking about something, I don't know what goes on in that big head.
Next scene is the witch entering to meet Savita dadi.

Meera has this evil smile on her face and she calls out to Savita. She is like Savita jiiiiiiiiii. Savita opens her eyes and a with a look of disgust on her face asks her what the hell is she doing there. Meera is like what was I do, I had to come here to trouble you. Savita is looking around and Meera is like who are you looking for? Your so called, suraksha kavach (protection shell) is not here at the moment. Savita is like after what you did to me you are smiling at me. Meera is like I am not smiling but I am laughing, I am laughing at you and your haalat, if you would have not against me then you and I would have lived happily ever after in shantiniketan. Savita points her finger at Meera and asks her to stop dreaming about being the daughter in law of Shantiniketan, she says the moment my Mihir finds about your reality he is going to.... Meera says Savita ji in this haalat how can you have such expectations, she offers Savita an apple, hahaahaha. Meera continues by saying that Mihir is definitely going to be hers but unfortunately Savita won' t be there to witness that. Savita is like do you think I will die so easily? The doctors from Germany are coming to treat me, I will be fine in no time, Just watch meera. Meera is going through some reports while Savita is talking. Meera laughs and continues to read the report which says that the body has no hope of surviving, and even if it does life support system will be necessary. Savita is shocked and meera laughs. Meera says its not me who is saying it, it's the reports that are yelling at your face with the truth that you are going to remain handicap for the rest of your life. She laughs again (she thinks this is really funny, she has some serious issues, what a weirdo) She says who gave you this false information, oh let me think it is your bahu tulsi, she lied to you. Savita is disappointed. Meera says sternly that no doctor is coming from Germany to treat you, I know that because I have been keeping an eye on Tulsi lately, don't keep any hope. She is like you made such a big issue about Mihir and me. So this thing proves that Tulsi is a bigger liar than me. Savita held her hand up and points at her by saying, I don't wanna hear another word from you. Meera twist her bandaged arm and tells her I don't care if you want to hear me or not, but I want to talk to you, you got that. (Meera is sucha biatch I felt like slapping the ..... out of her, oooo I am so mad. She is a freak). She continues by saying that one day she will be running the Shantiniketan household and will throw that Tulsi out of the house. Savita says Mihir will never accept you. Meera is like I will pray that you will die soon. Savita is disgusted. Meera continues by saying it is for your own mukti. Savita is shocked. She says that she will be very sad at her death and walks off. Savita is crying and breathing hard at the same time.
Next scene:
Gayatri is crying sitting on the bed. Her daughter, Sejal (I believe that's her name) comes and asks her whats wrong. Gayatri is like I don't know why but I am really worried bout didi, everybody is worried about Tulsi. Sejal has this evil look, I mean she is pretending to be concerned but she is not. Sejal says that even she is worried about Savita kaki, no matter what happens we have to get back Savita kaki back home otherwise Tulsi maiya ka raaj, Shantiniketan par hoga. Gayatri agrees, she feels that they are the ones who needs to do something. Sejal is like yea, we better do something now before she throws Gayatri out of the house too (actually that's not a bad idea) Gayatri looks at her in anger. Sejal is like I am just saying this coz Tulsi bhabhi doesn't care about her mother in law then why would she about you. Gayatri agrees and says that she will bring her didi back to the house, even if that asks for Tulsi's exit out of the house, because the person who really holds a share is Didi not Tulsi. Sejal has this evil smile.
Next scene: Tulsi comes and wishes Savita good morning, and says that she has got her some strawberries since she loves them. Savita is like good thing you came I had to ask you something. Tulsi is like shoot. Savita asks her whether the treatment by the german doctors be over by Holi? Tulsi is like yea, definitely, I am sure, why? Savita says no just asking coz I really wanna go back and play garba. I will have the time of my life, we all will play garba together during Holi. Tulsi nods her head and asks her if she wants anything from home? I have got your clothes, I will leave the strawberries here for you. Savita is like don't you want to play garba? Why are you not making eye contact with me. Tulsi is like its not that and I am making eye contact with you. Tulsi makes eye contact with her. Savita is like when a person lies he doesn't make eye contact. She says I am not upset because I am dieing, I am not upset because you are giving me false hopes but I am upset because this is the first time in your life that you are lieing, I can't tolerate this shock. I used to trust you completely I had so much faith that no matter what happens my tulsi won't lie to me, then why did you lie to me tulsi? Tulsi says I didn't mean to hurt you ma, I just said that so that you can keep your faith in life strong and live for us, for the children, for your grand great grandchildren. Savita says what life are you talking about Tulsi, this body has lost all its life. Are you talking about a future which is going to be a burden for everybody. Savita is like because of your lie that Meera insulted and I could not retaliate, don't ever lie again tulsi. Tulsi is shocked that Meera came and said that to her. Savita is like my body is nothing but a living pain, I don't want to live any longer, just give me death. Tulsi is shocked.
Preview: Karan calls Mihir and tells him about the good news regarding the revenue matter. Mihir asks Karan to go back to Mumbai since today is the wedding and Tulsi has not come there in London even though he apologized to her. Karan agrees.

Overall this episode was 7.5/10 Meera was annoying, Gayatri was ok. Tulsi and Savita rocked, completely.
