Meera is in a house. The police say that they have come to investigate the case of Savitha's accident. Meera is angry. But the police say that being a lawyer she is aware of the consequences of not co-operating in an investigation.
In the hospital there is a video conference. The doctors say that they have seen all reports and it is really unfortunate that they can't help. They apologise. The local doctor further explains to Tulsi that Savitha will have to stay in a hospital as long as she is alive and only with the help of life support systems. Tulsi is lost.
Tushar meets Mihir and offers to bring his breakfast and medicines saying that Tulsi has asked him to take care of Mihir. He further adds that he had got the message when Tulsi had called a long time ago explaining that she will be coming later. He is missing her and wonders when she will join them.
Meera panics that the police are conducting an enquiry. She meets Mandira and asks her to help. Mandira wants to know what she will get in return and Meera offers her anything that she can manage. Mandira asks Meera to bail her out, something she has been telling the Viranis for a long time. Meera is shocked as this was least expected. She thinks that once Mandira comes out, she will be a pain to Meera herself. But now she has no choice in the matter.
Karan tells Mihir that he has made arrangements for a conference. Karan senses that Mihir is feeling lost. He enquires. Mihir says that Tulsi is not so irresponsible that she can't call them and that means something is wrong. Karan says that Maa can take care of herself. Mihir says that Tulsi always shares her happiness and never shares her sorrow. So he is sensing that something is wrong. Karan says that there are two days for marriage and he is hopeful that Tulsi will join them by then.
The doctor and Tulsi are having a conference. Tulsi has shared Savitha's wishes with the doctor. The doctor says that Savitha has expressed a similar desire to him. And it was not an emotional decision. She seemed to have thought over it very much. A normal person can never imagine the kind of helplessness and pain that Savitha is facing at the moment. He further explains that in some countries like Netherlands and Belgium, "mercy Killing" or euthanasia has a legal status. But in other countries including India, it is not advised. Tulsi says that she will never agree to it. Savitha is her mother.
Karan seems worried and Tanya enquires. Karan says that maa said she would join them in 2 days. He is worried whats taking so long. She is neither receiving their calls nor is she calling them frequently. Tanya wonders if her reports are normal. Karan says that she may be worried about answering their relatives about Savitha leaving the house. He decides to go to Mumbai and find out personally and bring Tulsi with him.
Tulsi meets another doctor. She requests him to help her. But he says that Savitha is not strong enough to undergo an operation. And she needs many. Even after that she will hardly get back any thing. Tulsi walks away to a lonely stretch of road and thinks of all her good times with Savitha. She recalls that Savitha has always been a woman who has been strong, made decisions and independent. She also recalls Savitha saying that after a dark night, there is always the sun rise. She cries out in pain and asks God to give her a ray of hope. She has been in the dark for too long and can't accept defeat.
Next Week: Mihir talks to Karan, Saahil and Gautam about the contract and asks Karan to gather more details about the company before they sign on the dotted line. Karan asks if the information can't be gathered by somebody else?
