Go to setting on the top of this forum, click edit profile, towards the bottom, right underneath date of birth, it says select avatar select one from the list or type in a URL.
Although, here's a question for you, if you don't mind, how did you get that avatar there in the first place.
i learned how to put the avatar there after i posted the first message and then all my post were automatically updated

You have to find an avatar that has those. It's made that way already. You just need to find a URL that link's to it. I am sure you can find many avatars already made like that if you search for it on the web or make one of your own, then just use it's URL to link back. 👍🏼
