Well Mandiar has 1 biological son Karan, & Karan has 2 biological children (sons) that are Parth & Manthan, so to answer the question, Mandira dadi (😆) has 2 grandsons...Bhumi is the biological daughter on Ansh & Nandini, though Karan is her father now so she is not directly Mandira's grandaughter.
