*Flashback Analysis*||Abeer-The Criminal.

Abeer is innocent, it is proven now. But the flashback where it was shown that he was not among the other rapists, irked me a little at first. It raised questions in my mind, like, how, even being there, he didn't save her? How, if he was still conscious after his so-called friends had raped her, he still kept looking at her and did nothing!? By viraj's statement today, it was proved that Abeer was still in a unconsciously-conscious state, even after the incident. But then, I thought over the same, and came to an agreement with my mind that, the amount of alcohol and drugs taken by him were at dangerous levels, and also being his first time of consuming such intoxicating substances, his body was no more in his mind's control. He was, in a sense, handicapped and paralyzed during that time, that even if he wanted to save her, he wouldn't have been able to. The fluctuations in his vision were also shown in the flashback, which means that he had a blurry vision too, he was not able to properly see anything. He could just see an image in front of him, that's it. So, there was no way that he could've saved her then. He was under an excessive influence of drugs and alcohol.

Ok its being an overdrugist was do same becuse the tempting on doing not eradicating their past it was moment action...

ok let caming to the abeers condition yes he belongs among whom are raped Amala... But he was trying to stoping them in initially and they pull him side after they has crime done aftwrds he get to came her...

It now, makes sense to me too. many people raised question that why didn't he save her if even he hadn't committed the crime. well he was there, but his mind wasn't exactly. he was as helpless as amala was.

That's what I think too. I am still not saying he is innocent but under the influence of both alcohol and drugs he probably could not totally grasp the gravity of their deeds. Also he was the first one to grab her but his intention was not to rape her.
That's why he should have listened to his sister and stayed away from those so called friends.
I will have peace with Abeer's character once he goes to police and confesses.

In fst case ppl will say abeer was under influence of alcohal n in second case ppl will say how could amla fight when no one was supporting her and she is victim ...she lost everything...etc etc

So ppl speak n let them speak ...cvs have clearly shown the circumstances under which everything is going on ...so let ppl raise the question ...

Fact is that time will come when only abeer will fight for amla

Amla couldn't complaint to the police comes later; till now she didn't get a chance to cry her heart out; the way each situation went against her; from her SIL manipulations; taunts; Dev turning away; in-laws bad mouthing her; society mocking her; she lost the strength; during such situations the victim needs alot of care; support and healing; but when it comes to Amla's it was the reverse; had she got someone like Karuna in her life; situation would have been different; by now she would have complaint;
So we cannot compare both the situation; Abeer not saving Amla; can never be compared with Amla complaining to the police
