Mona gets same level as Anushka

My question is why in Indian soaps they never ever punish bad guys? Sure they rewarded Mona by promoting etc. But knowing full well that Anushka did everything to stop Mona from succeeding and putting the company in jeopardy why they don't think of even a token punishment? In my book she should have been fired on the spot no questions asked.

Yes, taht would have been more realistic if they had shown the Big Boss tell Anushka to be off or she won't be in a position to take any financial or management decesion for the company..it wud have been more accepted by the audience to show those professional decesion rather than showing Mona to be promoted to be president which never never happens in real life...may be demote Anushaka and also give Mona little more power to make decesion for company's fortune would have been bit more realistic.. Anushka needs to be punished for spoiling company's asset and reputation.

The current situation is too foolish! I feel that Vinit has a hand in making Mona the president. I think there is more to it then we see right now.

1.Vinit is 51% owner of the company
2.Vinit wants (like he said to Mrs Sarkar) Mona to stand on her own feet. Mr Johnson (49% partner) had no faith in Mona and all of the sudden he believes in her 😕
3.The way Vinit looked at Anushka when Mr Johnson declared Mona president is suspicious.
4.No action was taken against Anushka! But now she has to deal with or share her position with Mona, the housewife. Is there a greater punishment for her?
5.Future track could be that when Mona feels/ thinks that Vinit is more then her boss the news comes out that Vinit "orderd" Mr Johnson to declare Mona as president of the company. She finds out that she got the post because of Vinit and not because she completed the order within 2 days. This leading to trust issues between Vinit and Mona.

So my wishful, trying to find some logic mind says that Vinit has to be the karta dharta of the current situation 😆
