What I did not understand is that after how Anu shamelessly tried to bring Mona down in front of Mr Johnson, how come Vineet or Pradeep put up with that nonsense? I would have thougt Pradeep would be angry at Anu and planning a bigger slap for her.

Loved it! According to me todays episode was about priorities. First Mona's concern that her separation has a huge impact on her children and she immediately took action by going to her children's school. Secondly her awareness that Anushka is right that she is far too busy with her personal life and neglects her professional life. Vinit was the yummy cherry on the cake 😳

Mona has some know -how (that's probably why Vinit has so much faith in her), but she doesn't know how she can carry that knowledge into practice. So running to Vinit with her resignation letter isn't surprising. Well with Vinit's 200% support she will get the work done. No worries here 😆

Anukha was really eager to tell the boss about Mona's activities that she didn't see that BigBoss was standing in the hallway with the rest of the employees surrounding them. How professional Anushka. You sure keep your professional and private life separated. I was happy that Vinit didn't say anything while Anu was bad mouthing Mona. I like his attitude/ focus towards work and the fact that he doesn't get personal. Beside I think it is too early for Vinit to defend Mona regarding personal matters. As for Pradeep being quiet ... what else could we expect from him. He only opens his mouth when he has to trash someone. I am glad that he kept his mouth shut and his hands in his pockets. I am fed up with all the slapping going on in this serial. It can't be the solution to all problems.
