I think Mona did make an attempt to talk to Pradeep about the incident which took place with Bulbul, but Pradeep ignored or he started nagging her saying she wants to only talk about the kids or about hs parents and not about them , Humray Barey mai Kab baat Karneygay Mona...
Those words were quite hash on her as he was not ready to listen to anything and she reluctantly kept quite.. The problem of he being ignorant inspite of Mona attempting to tell him about the incident with Bulbul started of there.
