Episode 12: April 6, 2006
Anand and Neeta are worried about the financial budget of the house. Kantaben, Swati and Nimmo manage to get a stay order for the chawl and organise a morcha against SK group of industries. Kunal's Dadi is determined to show the Mathuriya family their place and makes a deal with Bhagwanji Bhai.

Bhagwanji Bhai gives Dadi the Mathuriya house papers that was given to him when Anand and Vallab had invested in the share market through him. Vikrant meets Nimmo and asks her to apologise to Kunal but Nimmo refuses. At home, everyone is discussing the success of the morcha when Anand and Vallab realise that the shares they had bought are of no value in the market anymore!
