Jo Jeeta Wohi Dancing Star
Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar had a first season with all reality show singers. It had two teams: winners as champions and ex-contestants as a challenger team. This year the show will have winners and contestants of various dance reality shows.
A source from the show informs us,"This year we will have various dancing jodis competing with each other, we are still working on a procedure to finalize jodis for the show. However, few names which will get finalized are Aamir Ali-Sanjeeda Sheikh, Kashmeera Shah-Krushna Abhishek, Rajeshwari Badola-Varun Badola, Shama Sikander-Vinod Kambli and Mona Singh. Harbhajan Singh, Mona's partner hasn't confirmed his participation in the show yet."
He further adds, "There are still a few names, for which we will get a confirmation soon. The host for the show remains the same: Mandira Bedi. The judges haven't been finalized and we will make an official announcement soon. It will be a while before the show goes on air. "
The show is expected to start in a few weeks' time. It will have a time slot of 10 o' clock every Friday-Saturday, meanwhile all four prime time shows Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat, Kis Desh Main Hai Mera Dil, Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai, and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will be aired five days a week instead of four days.
Last year's judges were music composers Vishal-Shekhar and choreographer turned director Farah Khan. Indian Idol contestant Rahul Vaidya was the winner of the show.
