Rushvi woke up at the sound of someone knocking on her door. "Ugh...Payal go away!"

"Di! Get downstairs right now! 'jiju's' on TV!" Payal laughs as she runs down the stairs.

"Jiju? That means—no it can't be!" Rushvi throws the covers off herself and runs downstairs and stops in front of the TV. "Oh—my—god."

There was a news bit on how Imran Khan was in LA shooting a movie here.

"Excited?" Payal says winking at her.

"Excited? That's too small a word!" Rushvi laughs.

Payal goes to her and puts her arms around her shoulders. "I really hope for your sake di, that you get a chance to meet him!"

"Thanks Payal. Ab main jao? I need to get ready for work." Rushvi says heading up the stairs.

"Sure di!" Payal smiles. "I need to get to school anyways,"

Rushvi parks her car and enters the department store that she works in.

"Hey Rushvi!" Her co-workers call out to her.

She turns and waves at them right as someone runs past her in a hurry.

"Hey! Watch it!" She yells after the person.

He turns around and Rushvi feels herself going weak in the knees.

"I'm so sorry," He rushes to her and holds her by the waist before she falls. "I needed something right away and so I didn't even notice you. I really am sorry."

"You're—you're—" Rushvi lets out barely whispering. "Imran Khan!"

"Hey," He tries to steady her. "You know my name."

"I'm literally your biggest fan!" Rushvi says letting the blush creep up to her cheeks.

"Really? That's definitely something nice to hear." Imran says. "Well if you're one of my biggest fans you should definitely come visit the sets sometime."

"I'd love to." Rushvi says smiling at him.

"Here's my number." Imran rattles if off as Rushvi's fingers are still trembling. "Here, let me." He takes the phone out of her hands making her tingle down to her toes with the spark of his touch. He hands the phone back to her after inputting the number. "Call me tonight. Bye." He leans over and kisses her cheek and leaves.

"Did I just meet Imran Khan? I can't believe it." Rushvi slowly touches the spot where he kissed her and turns a deep beet root red.

A week later they're both sitting in a restaurant having dinner.

"I would have never thought in my wildest dreams that I'd ever have lunch with you." Rushvi admits.

"And I never would've thought that I'd meet someone as much fun as you!" Imran smiles at her.

"Should we go now? I've got work tomorrow." She says to him.

"Sure," he holds onto her hand as they walk outside the restaurant towards the park.

"Why are we going here?" She asks.

"Trust me." He whispers to her.

"O—kay." She smiles at him.

He seats her on a bench and sits down next to her. "Rushvi, I never imagined that on this shooting trip that I'd meet someone like you. You're so much fun to be with it, and easy to talk it. Everything just seems so carefree when I'm with you. I think I'm falling in love with you. And I know once this trip finishes I'm going to go back and so this won't—"

Rushvi puts her hand on his mouth. "I think I'm falling in love with you too."

He kisses her palm. "Really? But it won't—"

"Imran, if we try it will work out." Rushvi smiles and puts her head on his shoulder. "Let's just live in the moment for right now."

He starts slowly humming and then goes into singing, "tumse milke aisa laga, tumse milke armaan hue, poore dil ke, ae meri jaane wafa, teri meri meri teri ek jaan hai, saath tere rahenge sada, tumse na honge judaa, tumse milke aisa laga, tumse milke armaan hue poore dil ke, mere sanam, teri kasam chhodenge ab na yeh haath, yeh zindagi..."

"How'd you know I love this song?" Rushvi says as he finishes singing.

"It's just how compatible we really are." Imran says kissing her cheek.

Rushvi smiles. "How I hope this moment never ends..."
