1. Anita is at Gauri's home asking Gauri's mom about gauri. Mummy ji tells her that Gauri is at Rahul's office. She gets up to bring tea for Anita. Gauri comes. Anita talks to her but Gauri is so shocked that she does not even listen to her and goes to her room. Anita follows her and ahs her that what happened? Gauri shows her the notice of Pratham. Anita gets so angry and leaves saying how can he does such a thing.
2. Anitra meets Rahul and tells him that Pratham has accused Gauri wrongly. She hands him the paper of Pratham at police station and tells him the whole story. Rahul says that Pratham has accused him too so now he will fight this as his personal war
3. Gauri is very sad. She calls Mummy ji. Mummy ji says Gauri.
4. Gauri comes to Mital house in taxi. Mummy ji comes to gate and asks Gauri to come in but Gauri says she can not come in. She shows mummy ji the notice.
5. Pratham is at home discussing business with Babuji. Chachi comes and asks Pratham to eat something. Pratham is about to eat when mummy ji enters angrily and slaps Pratham. Pratham is shocked. She asks Pratham to divorce Gauri right now if this is what he really wants. She says that how dare he raised finger at gauri's character and by doing this he has degraded all the family. Pratham is shocked and says Ma. But mummy ji does not listen to him and says that she is not his mom. She gives that notice to Pratham and leaves. Pratham reads the notice and gets very angry. Old Pratham music plays.
6. Pratham goes to Mr. Shah's office and asks him about those false accusations. Mr. Shah tells Pratham that not him but Gauri accused him and shows him the paper which states that Pratham was caught wioth a girl in hotel's room. Pratham gets hurt but still tells Mr. Shah that why did he do this. Mr. Shah says that if he has not done this then they would have lost the case. Pratham leaves. Mr. Sha's secretary comes inand says that they have just got the letter from Gauri's lawyer. Mr. Shah says that he has changed the dates on the xerox copy to make them look as if they were sent prior to thier notice.
7. Gauri asks Anita that why did she tell Rahul abput Pratham's police station case. She says that Vishaka told her that it was all a misunderstanding. Anita says that how can she trust Vishaka. gauri and she argues. Door bell rings. Anita opens the door. It is Pratham. He tells Anita that he wants to talk to Gauri. Pratham tells Gauri that Vishaka has told yoy the truth and still you blamed me for that. He tells Gauri that they fought for everything so he has decided that the divorce will take simply but now if she wants to fight then he will fight too.
8. Pratham and Gauri are at the court. Judge announces that As they are married just for one year so they are given six monthsd in which they will live seperately and decide whether they still want the divorce. If yes then the divorce will take place. The both lawyers again challenge each other that they will do anything to win the case after 6 months time.
9. Gauri and Pratham aere saying thanks to their lawyers. babu ji calls Pratham on his mobile tellibng him to leave as he has some work. Pratham is about to leave when he sees Gauri. They both look at each other for sometime. Gauri leaves.
10. babu ji thanks the udge who is his friend and has given this decision for the betterment of Gauri and Pratham. He says that it is good that he knew it all otherwise the decision would have been different.
11. Pratham comes home. Everyone is eating. Pratham asks for plate. Cahchi just hands him over the plate but no one talks to him. He leaves and goes to mummy ji's room. Mummy ji does not talk to him. He leaves. Mummy ji cries.
12. Pratham is sitting in his room. He recalls the family behavior with him and all the love he shared with Gauri. He then recalls good and bad time with her.
13. Gauri's sister asks Gauri that why it all happened between her and Pratham. Gauri tells her that if you llok at moon it is so fascinating but if you look closely you will find spots at the moon. She says that for everyone they shared a loving relationship but they were never close to each other. She asks her sister to sleep as it is very late.
14. Every one is having breakfast. Pratham comes and says that he knows that they loved their daughter in law and they do not care about him. So he does not want to be burden on them abd trouble them so he is leaving the house. Everyone is shocked.
