1. Mr. Khana comes to Ronit's office andis very angry at him. He says that he gave the project to Pratham by trusting him but he has not worked on project yet and has not given money to supplier. Ronit calms down Mr. Khana by saying that he will talk to Pratham. Mr. Khana says that if Pratham does not take it serious they will cancel the project.
2. Pratham and Gauri are at home. Ronit calls abd Gauri talks to him. She says that she will send Pratham to office. Pratham tells Gauri that he wants to stay with her and does not want to go to work. Gauri says that she is not going any where and that he should leave as work is important than anything. Pratham agrees to leave.
3. Monica's, Pratham's and Poornima's mom are at club playing cards. Monica's mom starts praising her daughter. Poornima's mom adds that most important thing is culture and one should not forget it in the race of moderenism. Monica's mom comments on Poornima saying that she is dull girl and stuff. Poornima's mom says that she is not like those who invites ppl to party and then insult them. Monica's mom says that Monica did not invite her but she went there by herself. Poornima's mom says that Arjun invited her and she is not the kind of girl who breaks ppl relationships but she builds them. Pratham's mom gets angry and says that she has no right to talk about her to be daughter in law and leaves with Monica's mom.
4. Pratham goes to Ronit's office but is lost. Ronit talks to him about project and suppliers money. Pratham says that he has spend that money. Ronit is very upset. He tells Pratham that if Pratham is not serious about the project then he will not financially help him any more. Pratham leaves without replying.
5. Dolly Musi is tied to the wall while her daughters are beating her with a whip saying that due to her greed they are stioll un married. Dolly Mausi wakes up shaking. It was a night mare. She is standing by a window when a theif enters the house and tries tyo steal something but Mausi goes and wakes up her daughters and tells theif to choose one out of them to marry. She brings her gold jewllery and gives it to him. He makes them fools and runs with jewllery and they cry.
6. Gauri brings lunch for Pratham and Ronit but Pratham is not there. Ronit tells Gauri that Pratham is not taking work seriously these days. Gauri is worried about him.
7. Pratham goes to doctor and tells him aboput the advanced treatment that they should be started. Prathams asks him to go aheaed with it. But doctor tells him that the treatment is costly and needs 15 Lacs. Pratham gets worried but tells him to start the treatment as he will arrange the money by any way and leaves.
8. Mr. Maan gets a call from Mr. Khana who tells him that the contract they have given to Pratham is canclled and now they will give it to Mr. Maan. CM is happy but Maan is worried about Pratham as he klnows Pratham is not an irrespinsible person.
9. Pratham goes to a park. He is all alone there. The song Jab koi baat bigar jaye plays. Flash backs from the pasts are shown. He cries loudly. The park man comes and tells him that he has to shut the park. Pratham leaves still crying and broken.
10. Kido opens the door. Its is Rahul outside. He has brought her a crystal gift for valentines day. Kido recalls once tellingh im to bring her a crystal gift and he has promised that he will once he starts earning. Kido thros the gift saying that he should be ashamed of himself for bringing a gift for his boss's wife. Rahul says that he still has feelings for her and that he has broght the gift for her and it is on her if she accepts it or not. Kido says that if again comes she will tell Varun. Rahul says that she never will and if she does he does not care he can get any good job any where but he knows she will never tell on him. He asks if she will accept the gift or not. She says nothing. He picks up the gift and leaves.
11. Pratham is in his bed holding Gauri and his picture. He has tears in his eyes. He thinks about the money and says that he will not let her go away at any cost. He says that this is the only way left and hence he will have to do so.
