i agree that they care for eachother but that care is very ordinary.

preeta has a caring nature. she cares for everyone. she even cares for those random children on streets. she cares for dadi, mahesh uncle, karan, sherlyn's unborn child and everyone.

karan's care for preeta is nothing special. he saves everyone from physical danger including preeta. in recent episodes, when preeta ate those poisoned laddus his behaviour was very casual. some fans were expecting karan's emotional breakdown after seeing preeta like this but karan was buy with his mobile phone while asking doctor about preeta's health.

do u remember how rishabh reacted when preeta's foot got burnt in lohri 2018. he would never react like that for any other woman.

I watch the show on and off. For me Preeta and Karan have lost the charm because of all the dragging in the story over the year. We have been watching them for 3+ years and for most of the time the relationship has been stagnant. SO now the couple also looks stale. As actors they are doing fine but the chemistry is fizzling, at least for me.

Another thing - ITV is good at showing drama and fighting couples and fall-catch type romance. But not at showing a couple in love.

they have shown preeran for over 3 years and now it has lost charm even for those who like their chemistry. also they mostly showed their banters and catch fall scenes in a comic way in first two years and then one year of angsty hate track but there was no real romance like a couple who is in love in first 3 years of the show. when they got married for the second time, they started showing some romance between them like a normal husband wife and it failed because of the lack of romantic chemistry between the actors.

@bold: i dont think that ITV is bad at showing a couple in love. have u watched the early phase of kzk1? anupre were so in love and it was presented in a very intetesting way. in the initial episodes of KTH, kashish and sujal were in love and everyone was going gaga over them. in BALH and pavitra rishta post-marriage love story was shown and they were amazing. i mean there are a lot of examples. the thing is they dont want to show any kind of actual love between preeran because they are not destined to fall in love with eachother. and they dont share good romantic chemistry to pull off the kind of romance which is based solely on physical attraction without any love.
