Shraddha as Preeta was so so impressive today, brilliant even! She portrayed the despair and absolute overwhelming fear over the mere thought of loosing Karan so so so well. Kudos to her!! 👏 Her paying no heed to Kareena bua and almost moving her out of the way to go to an unconscious Karan almost on autopilot. I think its sort of saying something that even though Rishab was closer to the door she sought out Karan first!
I wish I could quote the whole scene over her crying for Karan to wake up but alas. Her starting off gentle and then the absolute fear of loosing Karan taking over her and making her react loudly the way she did was...i don't even have words it was so raw and beautifully done!! This was the emotional intensity I wanted so so bad from this whole fire track and damn did Preeta deliver.
What also struck with me the most was her telling Karan to wake up and fight her, like as much as she pretends to be annoyed about it all she wouldn't have Karan any other way. :')
Also Karan being an absolute cutie and asking preeta for a kiss but just a baby kiss 😳 was so adorable. (I hope if and when Preeran get together Karan keeps asking for a kiss and then Preeta denies him it saying "well didn't you say I have dry lips?")
Preeta also was definitely jealous about the whole Sophia thing, idk why they refuse to give us a glimpse into her thoughts but just through her expression her disdain and jealousy was clear as day. Past preeta who had no feelings for Karan would've giggled and made fun about Karan and his whole Sophia situation but today's Preeta was very visibly annoyed. 😆
Just an overall good episode preeran wise in a while!
Now if the could just end this track and change their clothes to NORMAL CLOTHES, I'd be the happiest.
