Clearing the air of confusion

So i see Rishabh-Preeta shippers defending themselves regarding my last post. Guys there is really no need for that. I joined this forum the day before yesterday literally and i never directed it towards anybody here. It was something i have come across in social media platforms like FB, Instagram and Twitter. And since this is a forum about the show, i decided to vent my frustration here to know what everyone thinks. So don't even feel that anyone here is being pointed out. Infact i like this forum and everyone here. It's so good to see both the sides (regarding the pairing) having a civil discussion without getting into silly fights. That way both sides get to know about the perception of the other and also discover traits about the other which you might not have noticed first. So good going guys!

And regarding Karan being the bad guy. Actually he's portraying the character of a star cricketer. And if you realise, all the celebrities' lives are just like that. Infact worse. Why do you think there are so much extra marital affairs, cheatings, divorces and breakups in Bollywood and Hollywood. In India cricket is synonymous to huge stardom and fan following. Especially there are a huge number of girl fan followings. Take Virat Kohli for eg. All these cricketers are friends with the biggest of names in Bollywood, the business world and the entertainment industry (especially models). They are trying to show a lil bit of the showbiz world and world of celebs through Karan though the reality is far more than that. They live a very flamboyant and pompous life. His character has got to be like that. No star could live a life as simple as a normal guy (quote Rishabh). Yet he on the other hand is grounded and knows his limits well (like the time he said he is not a homebreaker). Obviously he can be far far more arrogant if he wants. Yet day by day he's only getting softer. Like many said...he's the heart and soul of the show. He brings in energy and smiles everytime he comes into the frame. He's just a ball of positive energy which one needs in an otherwise typical family drama. Infact one girl commented on Shraddha Arya's Instagram post yesterday that her grandfather died the other week and her family was very sad. Her mom was depressed and wouldn't have anything but as seeing Thursday's episode, the one where Karan and Preeta were so adorable, she lightened up with a smile on her face and said "these two are very cute". She thanked them for making them smile in such a time. Shraddha also replied to her saying she's very happy they could do that. So guys, let's not call Karan the bad guy, even figuratively. I think he deserves more than that.
