Nobody is writting😭 so thought i would move the story a little.
Next morning. Sumit is up and 6.30 am and is ready to leave when Dadaji who was readying the newspaper in the hall see him.
Dadaji - Sumit......... Itni jaldi utgai? Kya bath hai?
Sumit - Good morning dadaji.
Veena - Where are u going at this hour?
Sumit - Mom, Kuch zaroori kaam hai.
Veena - Nashtha tho kar...
Sumit - Stops her. Mom i'll be back in a hours time. I shall have it later. Saying this Sumit leaves.
Dadaji - Hey ladka bhi na.......... hmm
Sumit drives to KK house and stops at the door thinking not to disturb Kumkum if she is sleeping. He calls up Mini's mobile and tells her that he is waiting outside.
Mini opens the door.
Mini - Good morning Sumit. Itni Subha??
Sumit - Kumkum ki bukar kaisi hai?
Mini - Rath bar bukar tha. Now its reduced. I think she is sleeping. You can meet her in her room.
Sumit opens the door of Kumkum's room and sees that she is not in the bed.
He looks around and see her coming out from the bathroom.
Sumit - How are u feeling baby?
Kumkum - Are Sumit. Ithni subhe? How are u?
Sumit - Kumkum, you have fever. I'm asking you as to how you are feeling? And you are asking me so many questions......... hmm
Kumkum - Bilkul teek. I'll be ready in 10 minutes.
Sumit - Kaha jana hai tumhe?
Kumkum - 😕 office ofcourse........
Sumit - What?? Tumhara chutti hai. Dont even enter into the office for next one week.
Kumkum - Magar Sumit.....
Sumit - Agar magar kuch nahi. If you dont listen to me.......... i shall never talk to you. 😡
Kumkum - ( Makes a sad face and sits in her bed)
Sumit makes her sleep and covers her with a blanket. I'll visit you again in the afternoon. Until then you relax.
Sumit runs his hand on her hair and pats her until she falls asleep and then drives back home.
Sumit - Mom, Dad kahan hai?
Veena - Office chali gayi.
Sumit - Oh ok. ( He finishes his breakfast and is ready to go to office.
In the office
Omi - Calls up Kumkum's cabin but nobody attends the call. He then calls up the receptionist and enquires about Kumkum and she informs Omi that she has high fever and she couldnt come to office.
Omi is thinking about Kumkum - Rath ko dher thak kaam karthi hai yeh ladki iska kayal nahi rakthi. If she hasnt come to office then she should be really ill.
Omi is concerned and finially asks for her house address from the reception and drives.
Sumit was entering inside the gate when Omi was going out.
omi - Hoo Sumit. You carry on with the new project. I'll be back soon. Going out for some persoanl work.
Sumit - Sure dad. See you later.
Omi drives to Kumkum's house and rings the bell where Mini opens the door.
Omi - Namaste. Kumkum hai Ghar mein?
Mini - Jee. Aap??
Omi - mein OmPrakash houn. Kumkum mere sath kaam karthi hain.
Mini - Hoo. Please come in. Kumkum ko bukar hai, isliye aaj office ke kiye nahi ayegi.
Omi - Thats perfectly fine. Just wanted to see her if she is fine.
Mini - OK. Please come with me. You can talk to her in her room.
Kumkum was just lieing in the bed not able to sleep, thinking about Sumit😊 Just then Mini opens her room door and informs that Mr. omprakash from your office has come to see you.
Kumkum is shocked to hear that name. 😲
Seeing Omi she literally jumped out of the bed. - Sir aap.
Omi - Nahi kumkum. Please sleep. I heard that you are not feeling well so wanted to check how u were.
Kumkum - Sir, Aaj ... Office .... mein.....
Omi - Sirf aaj nahi. Take complete rest for a week. Come to office only after you are 100% fit. OK?
Kumkum - OK sir.
Omi - Kumkum beta, Tumhare papa or mama......
Kumkum- Nahi Sir. They dont live here. They live in Sundarnagar. They visit us often. And this is my cousin Sis Mini.
Omi - OK Kumkum you take care of yourself and if you need anything call me on my mobile. I shall send Sumit later today to check if you need anything.
Kumkum - Sure Sir.
Omi - Acha mein chalthi houn.
Kumkum - Sir, How about some coffee?
Omi - You get well soon. I'll come again to have coffee which you prepare😆
Kumkum smiles and Omi leaves to office.
Both Omi and Sumit were very busy in office.
Sumit wanted to discuss about the new project with Omi. He leaves to Omi's cabin with the project file.
Sumit - Dad, can i come in?
Omi - Com on in beta? What are you up to?
Sumit - Dad, Wanted to discuss about this project with you. I have put in my thoughts and have completed. But before the presentation i wanted your opinion and i'm looking for you from morning⭐️
Omi - Hoo sorry beta. Had gone out. Infact went to meet Kumkum.
Sumit - KUMKUM 😲
Omi - Ya. She has high fever.
Sumit - Ya i know.
omi - You know?
Sumit - Oh..... mera matlab......... She had fever the other day in office and so i know.
Omi - hoo ok. Ya she didnt come today so wanted to know how she was.
Sumit ( Thinks) Hey dad ko kya hogaya? Employees ka house visit kab se suru kiya?
Omi - Sumit. Where are you lost?? Can we talk about the project?
Sumit - Sure dad. ( They discuss about the project and Omi is impressed)
Omi - Good job beta. Keep going 😊. So if you happen to go out just visit Kumkum and see if she needs any help. Her parents are also not here so........ i think we got give a little more attention.
Sumit ( Is so happy and is on the 9th cloud) Sure dad. Will visit her.
Omi - OK take the address from the reception.
Sumit - i know.
omi - You know? the address.........
Sumit - nahi ....mera matlab ... i know that reception mein Address miljayaga.......
Omi - Ok then
Sumit - Uffffffffffff........... baar baar bachgayi
