Blunder in Kumkum and Sumit Death Scene

If you watch the scene, when Pulkit shoots Kumkum, you will see that Kumkum was already in front of Sumit, when Pulkit shoots, meaning Pulkit had enough time, to like not to shoot and wait for Sumit to come into target. When Kumkum comes in front of Sumit, there were like a good few secs, before Pulkit shoots. Surely he must have seen Kumkum, moving in front of Sumit. I can understand , if he shot while she moved in front of Sumit, but why shoot after she's already infront of him. Even Pulkit is shocked that he shot Kumkum, what was he doing looking at something else, while shooting.

he had already aimed it and he must have just shot
in serials they show one part after another so while kk moved pulkit shot they showed it later cause they show 1 scene at a time
