Written Update

Nivi tells Su not to be so upset..tells him now he needs to look forward..to a new life with her. Nivi tells Su she loves him and for him, she can forget her revenge on KK..all she needs is Su and she can do anything to get him. Nivi keeps asking Su if he loves her.. Su looks at Nivi (very vulnerable & child-like) and tells her he said that he loves her..isn't that enough? Nivi says its not enough, he will need to prove it. Su asks her what can he do for her to prove that he loves her.. Nivi says when the time comes, she will get proof on her own. Nivi asks Su if they can go to the mandir the following day as she wants to pray for her love. Su agrees.. Su then says he's very tired and needs to take some rest.. Nivi tells him to go and she will stay.. On his way up the stairs, Su thinks that Nivi will not bow down so easily..and wonders what where & how will she ask him to prove his love for her.. Nivi says she will need to get Su to prove his love..

Sukanya bua is happy to receive a very expensive saree.. She says had she known she will get such perks, she would never go to Haridwar. Just then Nivi calls her and says she will get her more such expensive sarees..and tells Sukanya bua her plan..for Sukanya bua to bring KK to the mandir the following day..

BREAK..

Next day..Su-Nivi in the mandir. Nivi fumbles while praying..Su shows her the correct way.. Nivi looks at Su lovingly..

Sukanya bua brings KK to the mandir..

Su shows Nivi how to do the aarti properly..puts his one arm around Nivi's shoulder and holds the aarti thaali with his other hand.. KK climbs the mandir stairs and is shocked to see Su-Nivi there..

BREAK..

Su-Nivi finish the pooja..turn around and Su is shocked to see KK. Nivi walks upto KK and tells her that yesterday she had told Su-Nivi not to come in her path..but today KK herself has crossed their path. Nivi says that maybe God wants them to continue their friendship.. Nivi tells KK now she needs to accept the fact that Su does not love her anymore.. KK looks at Su.. Su cannot see her in the eye.. Nivi goes on to tell KK that the moments she has spent with Su, she can never forget.. Nivi tells KK that if she ever misses Su, she can always come over to their house..but only to talk to him..as she does not trust KK with anything anymore.. KK turns around and slaps Nivi Su is shocked.. KK tells Nivi that she should never have trusted her..and words like trust, friendship, loyalty..does not suit her. KK tells Nivi that one can never build a relationship for oneself on the foundation of a broken heart.. Nivi looks towards Su.. Su realises that this was Nivi's way for him to prove his love and understands that if he does not support Nivi now, she will understand he is pretending to love her.. Su (in his mind) apologises to KK and says that he knows his majboori is, day-by-day, becoming a sazaa for her. Su walks up to KK & Nivi..and shouts at KK for slapping Nivi. KK is shocked.. Su tells KK that no one has the right to insult his love..his life. Su tells KK that he loves Nivi.. Su takes Nivi's hand and his and walks out of the mandir, leaving a shocked KK..

KK walks upto Mata's idol..puts her hand over the diya and questions God as to what happened so drastically that Su has changed so much.. KK says now her fight is not with outsiders..but with her own people. KK asks for strength..strength to fight this battle..and win.

Back in Nivi's house.. Nivi expresses her happiness and tells Su that he proved his love for her.. Now she knows that he only loves her and not KK.. Nivi tells Su that now they should reaffirm their relationship..and proposes Su with marriage. Su (in his mind) says he never thought Nivi could stoop so low to get him.. Su says she doesn't know Su.. Su understands that he needs to find Katara asap. Nivi, again, asks him to marry her.. Su turns around and says ofcourse he will marry her, now there is no problem whatsoever.. Nivi is happy, tells Su he has given her duniya bhar ki khushi and her love won! and she hugs Su.. Su puts his arms around Nivi and says, that she hasn't won..rather, now its time for her to lose.. Su says she has played enough games, now its his turn..and he will play his cards in such a manner that 'tumhare pairon ke neeche se zameen nikal jaayegi' .

Sukanya bua exaggerates and tells Dadi & Veena that Su misbehaved with KK in the mandir..he bad-mouthed her and also lifted his hand to hit her. Veena & Dadi are upset.. Sukanya bua goes on to add that had she a son like Su, she would kill him.. Veena has heard enough and tells Sukanya that even if Su behaved in such a manner, there might be a reason behind it.. Sukanya bua says the reason is Nivi.. and goes on to further say how Su left KK for Nivi.. Veena says she will call Su and ask him if it all happened.. Dadaji stops Veena from calling Su and gives orders that no one from the house will call Su..nor take his name!

Aashka is in the terrace.. Vikram comes there and asks her how she is doing. Aashka says she is better..but Vikram is not convinced. Vikram tells Aashka that he is yet where Aashka left him and if she wants, she can always come forward and forever be with him. Aashka tells Vikram she has committed a sin and does not deserve to be with him.. She tells Vikram not to love her.. Vikram tells Aashka that no one can force love..love just happens..and that he will always be there for her. Aashka tells Vikram to leave her and she does not deserve him..and walks away from there..

In her room, Aashka is crying.. Abhishek enters the room from the window and pleads forgiveness.. Abhishek tells Aashka how sorry he was and, in anger, spoke a lot of rubbish.. Aashka is angry and moves away.. Abhishek persists.. tells Aashka how he knows he, again, made a huge mistake and regrets it.. He says cannot live without her and needs for Aashka to be with him. Aashka further moves away from him.. Abhishek gets angry and threatens to kill her if she does not agree.. Aashka slaps Abhishek..tells him the slap was for impregnating her in the first place.. Aashka slaps Abhishek again and says the second one was for killing the child.. Aashka tells Abhishek to get out of her house and her life.. Abhishek leaves.. Aashka is crying..

BREAK..

Su returns to Nivi's house with bags full of gifts for her.. Nivi is surprised.. Su tells her he did shopping for their wedding.. Nivi is pleased.. Su shows her a jewellery set and then asks Nivi to close her eyes.. (Su ke lovey dovey dialogues lekin aankhon mein gussa!) Nivi is happy..hugs Su and tells him how much she loves him. Su hugs her..again apologises to KK and says he is doing all this naatak only for her.. Su asks her to get ready asap.. Just then Nivi gets a call.. Su wonders if its Katara.. The call gets disconnected.. Nivi says the battery of her mobile is low.. Su tries to distract Nivi and tells her he will attend the call if it comes again and asks Nivi to quickly change.. Nivi receives the call again..but it gets disconnected again. Su (acts disappointed), tells Nivi its okay if she does not wanna change now, as probably the phone call is more important.. Nivi tells Su that nothing is more important to her than him.. Su takes the phone from Nivi and again asks her to go change.. Su is happy he got Nivi's mobile and hopes to get Katara's information soon.. Su flips the phone 2-3 times and drops it on the floor.. The mobile breaks/falls apart (sim card & battery all scattered on the floor).. Nivi comes out and asks Su what happened..sees the broken mobile on the floor. Su apologises for his clumsiness.. Nivi says its not a problem..that she has another phone. Su is shocked.. Nivi returns with the other mobile and asks Su for the sim card to insert in the other mobile.. Su pretends to search for the sim card..and with his foot, pushes it under the sofa.. Su (again acts disappointed) and grabs the saree from Nivi..tells her his mood is spoilt..forget dressing up..they can look for the sim card as that is more important. Nivi tells him to forget about the phone..not to spoil his mood..says this is the happiest day of her life..and leaves to get dressed. Su says this will end up as the worst day of her life..and thanks Nivi for the sim card!

BREAK..

Vikram, Meera & Dadaji in the lawn (small little lawn beside the dining table which they've hardly ever used).. KK comes in and Dadaji asks her about Aashka.. KK says Aashka is sleeping..and only Vikram can answer about her condition. Vikram tells them that Aashka is living in guilt that she betrayed Vikram and hence does not want to go back home with him. KK tells Vikram that she knows Aashka very well..she maybe living in a facade but the truth is she loves him..he only has to make her realise it.. Dadaji tells KK that Aashka has chosen to be alone all her life..what can they do about it? KK then notices Meera playing with a yo-yo.. recollects a moment with Su..

Flashback scene : Su is playiing with a yo-yo.. Su tells KK that true love is like a yo-yo..the further you push it away from you, the quicker it comes back.. and if he applies it to his own life..if he is away from KK (moves away from her)..the quicker he will get back to her (Su comes forward and hugs her) - End of flashback

KK tells Vikram she knows what to do..and Aashka herself will admit to Vikram that she loves him..

Nivi is dressed.. Su compliments her.. Nivi tells Su she knew he was a romantic..but never knew he was so romantic! Su says its all the magic of love.. Su gives Nivi a drink to celebrate.. Nivi, immediately, feels dizzy.. Su carries her and puts her on the bed.. In her dizzy spell, Nivi says that sometimes she feels he is not the same Su..and she falls unconscious. Su says he is the same Su.. pulls out Nivi's phone from his pocket and says now he has her phone and will get to Katara soon enough..

Su moves away from Nivi.. quickly removes the sim card off Nivi's mobile and inserts it in his own mobile.. There is a text message on the phone and it says that reads "maal ko 64 Gagan Vihar mein shift kar diya hai". Su wonders if the 'maal' mentioned could be Katara.. Su quickly replies to the text message..realises he needs to be careful.. Su replies, telling the person to remain there with the 'maal' until further notice.. Su realises he has to carefully reply in female gender ('batati hoon' instead of 'batata hoon') and sends the message. He immediately gets a reply that reads 'Ok Madam'! Su is happy that the trick worked! Su removes fake beard from his pocket and says now its time to get to plan 2!!

KK in the mandir.. Dadaji comes there and tells her he knows she is praying for Aashka's well-being..tells her not to worry, everything will be fine. KK says after all that has happened she feels God is upset with her.. Dadaji tells her not to think like that.. Dadi comes and tells KK that even she feels like God has turned away from their family..but it won't be for long..sooner or later things will definitely go in their favour. KK says she has lost hope.. Su left, Aashka's condition..what can get more worse than this? Dadi says not to lose hope.. Dadaji says another name for courage & determination is KK.. Dadi tells KK that Vikram has come..

Vikram goes to Aashka's room.. Aashka is happy to see him.. Vikram tells Aashka that he was living in hope that when Aashka leaves Abhishek she will return to Vikram..but it didn't happen. Vikram gives Aashka divorce papers.. Aashka is shocked and speechless.. Vikram tells her he is leaving the next day..going to London for good..but he is taking with him memories of all their moments spent together.. Aashka does not know how to react.. Vikram leaves..

BREAK..

Su reaches the location.. sees 2 guys outside the house.. sends them a message from his mobile (Nivi's sim card) that reads that Nivi is sending her lawyer friend to take Katara's finger prints. Su removes a digital camera from his pocket..switches it to RECORD mode..and checks if the camera is on (the button hole of his jacket).. Su prays to God for everything to go well.. Su enters the house and sees Katara, badly bruised.. Su questions the guys about Katara's condition..and why did they beat him up so much. Su keeps prodding them, and unknowingly, the guys speak out all about how and why Nivi kidnapped Katara and gave orders to beat him up so badly.. Su pretends to get Katara's finger prints..happy that all got recorded.. On his way out, one of the guys sees a cable hanging out of Su's pocket and realises Su could've been recording.. The guy hits Su on his head..

KK wakes up with a jolt..sensing that Su is in some sort of trouble. KK prays to God to protect Su and her family too..

Next morning, Su wakes up in the hospital.. Su realises that if he is there, Nivi would've known everything. Su asks the nurse who brought him to the hospital..who informs Su that he was found lying on the streets and someone brought him to the hospital. She says he kept calling out for his wife..and they've called her there. Just then Nivi enters..worried for Su. Su understands that Nivi may not know anything as she was behaving very normal.. Su asks for his jacket..checks the pocket and realises the digital camera is there.. Su heaves a sigh of relief.. The nurse also returns the fake beard he had on his face.. Nivi asks Su why was he in that get-up..why did he have the fake beard on? Su tells her that he wanted to meet Aashka..and since he knew KK would not allow him to meet her, he had to resort to the get up..but unfortunately he had an accident. Nivi says they can go home now..

In the house.. Nivi is asleep and Su goes into the other room..determined to keep the chip (which has all the recordings) safe, show it to KK and prove he was doing a naatak all along.. Su searches for the chip in his jacket pocket but is unable to find it.. Su is shocked to see Nivi behind him..with the chip in her hand..

BREAK..

Nivi confronts Su with his plan..asks him if he thought she was so stupid. Nivi agrees it was a great plan on Su's part..but unfortunately, it fell through. Nivi has the chip in her hand and challenges Su to take it from her.. Su tries, but fails.. Nivi gives him one last chance..tells him to get hold of the chip.. Su pins her against the wall.. gets away from him.. both squabble over the chip.. Su struggles to get hold of the chip while Nivi tries her best to resist (all actions straight leading to a rape case). Finally Su succeeds in getting the chip from Nivi.. promises to reveal her truth..and leaves. Nivi has a hearty laugh..

Aashka has locked herself in her room.. KK banging on the door and asks her to open it.. Sharman also asks Aashka to open the door and tells KK that she hasn't eaten anything since morning.. All family members are outside Aashka's room.. Aashka opens the door.. KK enters and closes the door behind her.

Aashka tells KK that Vikram is leaving her and going to London.. Aashka is in tears and tells KK that she can't live without Vikram.. KK tell Aashka to stop Vikram..he has probably just left for the airport and there is yet time for his flight to leave. Aashka agrees to go to the airport..grabs her bag..comes out of her room and tells Sharman to take her to the airport.. Dhruv & Sharman hurry and leave.. KK & everyone else are happy.. Sukanya bua, at the end of the coridoor, is standing witness to all this.. Just then she gets a call.. its Nivi.

Nivi tells Sukanya bua that now what she will ask her to do has to be done precisely as she says..one mistake and everything can go haywire. Nivi tells Sukanya bua that Wadhwa house will receive a courier in KK's name and she has to make sure that it gets to KK's hand before anyone else.. If Su returns before, then make sure Su does not get hold of the courier.. Nivi promises Sukanya bua a pair of diamond bangles if her work is done smoothly.. Sukanya bua gets excited at the thought of diamond bangles and assures Nivi that her work will be done..

KK, Aashka & Sharman reach the airport..only to realise that Vikram's flight has left. Aashka is heartbroken.. KK tells her now nothing can be done..Vikram has left. Aashka requests KK if they can go to Vikram's house before going home.. KK agrees..

Su comes to Wadhwa house and calls out for KK.. Sukanya bua gets nervous and asks him to leave before Dadaji sees him. Su says he does not fear anyone now and that he needs to speak to KK.. Sukanya bua tells Su that KK is not home.. Su asks where KK could've gone.. Sukanya bua says she doesn't know.. Su tries calling KK on her mobile..but everytime Su calls, pleading for her to answer his call.. KK sees Su's name flashing and cancels the call.. Su asks Sukanya bua to call from the landline number.. Sukanya bua hesitantly calls..KK answers..Sukanya bua asks KK where she is..KK tells her that now they are going to Vikram's house.. Sukanya bua pretends in front of Su that there is no network and she couldn't hear what KK said.. Su insists on knowing atleast a little bit of what KK may have said.. Sukanya bua says KK had gone to the airport as Vikram was leaving for London.. Su is shocked.. realises that KK has gone to the international airport and rushes out of the house.. Sukanya bua heaves a sigh of relief..

BREAK..

Aashka enters Vikram's house and recollects all the moments she's spent with Vikram.. Aashka apologises to Vikram..says she did not accept him when she should have.. Vikram is standing behind her and says now she can accept him.. Aashka turns around and is elated to see Vikram.. Aashka apologises to Vikram and they hug each other.. Vikram tells Aashka he could never leave her and go.. Vikram adds on that when he almost left, KK stopped him.. Sharman says the divorce papers were a farce.. Aashka is surprised and realises that KK & Vikram together were doing naatak.. KK tells Aashka that now she should realise that true love is one's life..and she should never let go of it.. KK takes Aashka's hand..places it in Vikram's hand and tells Vikram that now Aashka is his responsibility.. Vikram promises to always be with Aashka..and tells them that Aashka & Vikram together are going to London. Aashka is happy.. Just then Sharman gets a call on his mobile.. He excuses himself and answers the call.. its Sukanya bua. She asks Sharman where they are.. Sharman says they are in Vikram's house.. Sukanya bua informs him that there is an urgent courier come in KK's name.. Sharman says they will be home soon..

Back in Wadhwa house..KK takes the envelope and is surprised to find a CD in it. KK asks Kul for the laptop to check the CD.. All are shocked to see the visuals of Su-Nivi's scuffle.. KK is stunned.

BREAK..

KK is stunned at watching the contents of the CD..and switches it off in disgust. Su enters Wadhwa house and calls out for KK.. Before Su can say anything, Dadaji tells Su to stop where he is.. Su is kinda surprised and asks why is everyone so stunned.. Dadaji asks him what he wants. Su says he needs another chance to prove himself.. Su says he knows no one believes him but he has proof..and says that he knows KK will believe him. Su goes towards KK and tells her that he succeeded in what he set out to do.. all the times he lied to her..the pretence of being in love with Nivi..all that is over as he has proof. Su realises that no one is believing him.. Su says he will show them the proof.. Dhruv hears all this commotion and comes out of the room.. Sharman too comes there.. Su inserts the chip in the laptop..but the chip turns out to be empty..nothing on it! Su is shocked.. Su pleads for them to believe him..that he has proof. KK bursts out at Su and asks him how much more will he lie! Su is shocked.. KK says she know what Nivi did is wrong..but what Su is doing is a sin! Su wonders what she is talking about.. KK shows Su the CD.. Su is stunned.. Su tries explaining that what they saw is a lie.. Su says the chip that he wanted to show them was in Nivi's hand..and so the scuffle. No one is ready to believe Su..

Just then Tiple enters.. Tiple (in his own humourous style) tells Su that it seems like he joined the police force only for the Wadhwa family.. Sometimes KK commits a crime..sometimes Su. Su asks what did he do.. Tiple tells him that Nivi has lodged a police complaint charging Su with molestation charges..and he is under arrest. All are shocked.. Su is stunned..

Tiple has come to arrest Su.. Su keeps saying everything they saw is a lie.. Su keeps insisting and pleading to believe him. Veena pleads with Dadaji and others to stop the police from taking Su away.. No one says anything.. Su keeps shouting that he didn't do anything.. Su pleads with KK to trust him and says that "your Su can never change.."

KK is shattered and runs into her room and locks herself.. KK recollects Su's words that he can never change..and flashes of Su's moments of betrayal run across her mind (the scene in Nivi's house & the mandir shot).. KK wonders what she should believe..now Su is talking against Nivi but how can she forget that in the same place Su had asked for Nivi to be with him. KK says even if she wants to, she cannot trust Su..

Su in jail.. Dhruv & Sharman come to meet Su. Su is very happy to see them.. Su tells them, "I'm very sorry..I know you'll must be ashamed of me.. Usually fathers, to protect their kids, act as a shield..but here, I have put you'll in trouble" Both Sharman & Dhruv tell Su that they know he is innocent, they trust him and nothing can change that. Sharman says "You're like God for us.." Dhruv adds, "and God can never be a criminal.. We trust you" Su says "but your mother doesn't trust me na?" Dhruv & Sharman don't know what to say.. Su adds, "Had she trusted me, she would definitely have come to meet me here.. But one can't blame her..I can understand what she must be going through" Sharman tells Su, "You know maa na..she may be upset at you now..but not for long" Dhruv adds, "Mom can leave herself..but she can never leave your side" Su says, "For me the most important thing is that KK trusts me..and if that trust is not there any more, I don't want my life" Dhruv tells Su "please don't think like that..we're with you na" Sharman says "we'll talk to mom" Su turns around and says "No..you'll will not say a word to your mother. She already has gone through so much..don't trouble her any more. If my love is true, then I know KK will choose the path that leads to me..coz I know I am right." Su makes them promise that they will not speak to KK about anything.. Su tells them to take care and "I love you" (Awwwww)

BREAK..

Sukanya bua gets down the stairs..all dressed up and decked with loads of jewellery. Dada-Dadi & Veena are shocked to see her.. Dadi asks her,"What happened to you..you had become a sanyasini na..how did it all change?" Sukanya says,"whats the point? I had given up on a lavish lifestlye to be closer to God..but what he do? KK has come home..but not yet acquitted of the crime. If that was not less, now Su is also in jail. God did not punish me..but my children" Dadaji tells Sukanya to stop with the naatak and now they need to pray that Su gets released soon.

Kul, Dhruv & Sharman at the lawyer's office.. Dhruv tells the lawyer that they have been to many other lawyers but no one is ready to take Su's case.. The lawyer tells Dhruv that no one will take an already lost case.. Dhruv, Sharman & Kul are disappointed..

KK in her room..in a crisis as to what she should do. KK asks herself that despite all that happened, should she yet support Su? Just then her conscience comes up and says "Despite all that happened, you should support Su as that is a wife's duty. Everytime a woman's husband is in trouble, its the duty of the wife to be with him" KK's other side speaks up (against)..she says "No..after all that Su did, its not right to support him. Who knows if he is saying the truth or is it again a lie" The other one (for) speaks up "You must support Su..after he kept insisting that he is innocent, the least you can do is support him" Again the other (against) speaks up "No..Su doesn't deserve your support" KK is at crossroads and doesn't know whom to listen to..

Sukanya bua calls Nivi and tells her everything that happened in the house.. Nivi is happy and tells Sukanya bua that she will get what she wants. Nivi is happy at the turn of events..says its the end of the SuKK trust..

BREAK..

Su reaches court.. The media is all around hounding him to speak.. Su quietly proceeds towards the court. Nivi asks Tiple to speak to Su.. Nivi says, "See what happened when you betrayed me.. today you don't have anyone beside you..not your Wadhwa family, not your kids and neither KK. I'm going to end the SuKK love story..I will see to it that everything ends for you both." Nivi leaves.. Tiple smiles at Nivi's words..

Inside the courtroom, the judge asks Su if he needs the court to appoint him a lawyer. Su says, "I don't need any lawyer..and whatever punishment you have for me, I'm ready to accept. For me, above this court is another court..my wife's court. If she does not trust me, nothing can change for me. I accept the charges against me..I've done everything wrong, and I accept whatever punishment you decide for me" Sharman & Dhruv are in court..feeling totally helpless. The judge is about to announce the verdict..just then KK comes in. All are shocked to see KK.. Dhruv & Sharman are happy.. KK comes in and says, "Verdict is passed on the basis of proofs..not on an emotional wave..and here it is about a person's life." KK asks for permission to fight Su's case. Nivi is shocked..

KK requests the judge to fight Su's case. KK says "One cannot be convicted until proven guilty..and here, the accused is already given up on emotional grounds. I request Su gets a fair hearing so that its proved the court is equal to all." Judge says, that this is the reason why the court asked Su if he requires the court to appoint him a lawyer. She asks KK for her documents to practise law. KK says "I will present my documents once I become a lawyer.. I have my exams in a few days and soon after the results will be announced." The judge says, "You're not a lawyer, yet you want to practise law?" KK says, "I've been a law student..passed my 2nd year.." and hands over some documents to the judge. "The man in the witness box is my husband." All are shocked. "I've come in search of the trust that has been between us for many years, which, a few days ago, suddenly broke. This test is not just about a person's character..its a test of the trust that is the foundation of every husband-wife relationship. If you grant me permission to fight this case, it not only will be a chance to a lawyer, but also a chance to the trust that is the basis of society and and relationship." KK folds her hands in front of the judge and again requests for a chance to search for the truth & present it to court. KK promises that if Su is guilty, she herself will ask for rigourous punishment for him. The judge tells KK, "No court in the world can punish an innocent. A person's faith in the judicial system is equal to faith in God..and keeping that in mind, the court will wait for your results and then carry the case forward." The court is adjourned. Dhruv & Sharman are happy..

Nivi is shocked..wonders how a woman who has always been a housewife and been in the kitchen can come upfront and twist the case like this.

Su asks for the hawaldars to wait a while and walks upto KK..and calls out for her. KK turns around..looks at him..and walks away. Su calls out again..KK stops.. but walks away without looking back.

BREAK..

Back in Wadhwa house.. KK asks Dadaji if she is doing the right thing. Dadaji says that KK herself knows the answer..her heart knows the answer. KK says its her heart that is in the midst of a crisis, between the right & wrong. Dadaji tells KK that a person who gives up on oneself can never be wrong. KK then asks Dadaji that what she may think is right..could be wrong for him. For her, he threw Su out of the house..and today she is fighting his case. Dadaji tells her that she is fighting for the truth.. adds that KK has always fulfilled her duties in every relationship..fulfil this as well, and tells her she will come out a winner. Dadaji blesses KK. All are gathered around.. Dadi says only KK will win. Sharman comes there.. puts his one arm around Dadi..another arm around KK and says everyone is in this fight with KK. All are happy..

Su, in jail..looking at KK's pic in his wallet..recollects KK's words in court. One of the jail inmates tells Su that he has heard Su is very rich. Another inmate comes and tells the first guy that Su is a very rich businessman..and that he is waiting for his wife to complete her law exams. The first guy laughs and asks for bribe to promises to get Su out of jail.. The other guy says or else Su will have to wait till eternity and die in jail. Su gets angry & threatens to kill them if they said anything more about KK. The first guy laughs and says Su seems like Lord Ram..and folds his hands in front of Su. The other guy wonders, if Su is like Lord Ram..would his wife be like Sita? The first guy says in today's world no wife can be like Sita..all women only eye their husband's wealth. Su asks them if their mother & sister is also like they described. The first guy almost assaults Su.. Su tells them they speak rubbish about others' wives..but when it comes to their own mother & sister, they don't like it. Su says he may not have been like Lord Ram..but his wife is definitely like Sita..a devi. She will give up on herself for others. Su says he trusts his wife completely..equal to his trust in God. Their relationship can never break.. no one can break their relationship.

Back in Wadhwa house.. KK is in the study.. opens a law book and finds a rose in between the pages.. KK recollects how, when Su had given her that rose..he had said until the colour of the rose does not change, their love for each other will always remain. KK looks at the rose and wonders if their love is yet the same. Just then Dadi comes to KK and gives her a glass of milk..tells KK that when she used to study, her mom used to give her milk the same way. Dadaji comes there and tells Dadi not to disturb KK.. Dadaji fools around with Dadi (their old nok-jhok) On their way out..Dadaji tells KK that with this fight, KK will make proud all women who love their husbands so much.

Nivi meets Tiple.. tells Tiple that KK turned the case around..and now she cannot take any risks. KK will have to lose.. Nivi gives Tiple bullets.. Tiple is surprised. Nivi..one by one..gives him the bullets for whom they are.. Surekha..the 2 goons with Katara.. Katara..and Tiple himself. Tiple is shocked.. Nivi says she cannot risk having them all alive.. she wants to destroy any & every proof against her. Tiple says he will kill the others..but he won't need it for himself. Nivi says Su has to die..

BREAK..

Veena & Sharman bring some food for Su in jail.. Su asks Veena if he could do her a favour and give KK a letter..but not to tell her anything. Veena tells Su to consider it done.. Veena tells him to eat..and feeds Su. Sharman has tears in his eyes..

Back in Wadhwa house.. Veena gives KK the letter. KK takes it from Veena and asks her if Su ate food.. Veena says, he did..but with a lot of difficulty, and only when she told him that KK had cooked the food. Veena leaves.. KK opens the letter..

In the letter.. Su apologises for everything KK has had to go through.. tells her that guess now he has lost the right to tell her anything and even apologise. Su says he is not wrong, but today he is standing accused in front of KK. He committed the sin of lieing to KK.. Su says he understands what KK is going through.. but yet there is a hope left that they can resurrect their relationship..their relationship is not dead..and seems like someday he'll wake up and realise that all this was a nightmare. Su tells her he had got for her something..which, in time, got lost somewhere amidst the ordeal they are going through...that its kept in their cupboard. Su says, if she accepts it, he will think of it as a picture of her trust in him. Signs it off as 'Still yours..Sumit'

KK opens their cupboard and finds a tiny jewellery box gift-wrapped.. She opens it..and finds a mangalsutra.

Veena is distributing mithai to one & all, as its KK's exam today. Veena tells Dadi that she kept a fast for KK's success in her exam. Dadi says its KK's exam, but she is feeling nervous.. Dadaji is amused.. Kul tells everyone not to show their nervousness to KK or else she might get more nervous.. Dadaji says KK's struggle is their struggle and they all must lend her support & encouragement. KK comes out of her roo, searching the hall frantically.. Dadaji asks her what is she searching for.. KK says she can't seem to find her hall ticket.. Dadi gets nervous..they all tell her to look for it properly.. Sukanya bua taunts KK that its her exam and she is so careless about the hall ticket. Just then Dhruv enters with the hall ticket and tells Dadi that he got copies made of the hall ticket..gives her one to keep it safe. Dadi hits him for making them all nervous.. Dhruv says, he has learnt this from KK herself.. like, during his board exams, she would take copies of his exam hall ticket and leave one with the driver. Dadaji gifts KK a pen to write with in the exam.. Dhruv says nowadays no one writes with ink pen.. KK says, she will definitely use it, as its a blessing from Dadaji.. Dadaji hugs KK and wishes her good luck.

In jail.. Su's jail inmates, Charan Das (1st guy) & Lighter (2nd guy) tell Su to join him to have food.. Su tells them to go.. Charan Das laughs and asks Su if he is fasting.. Su says yes, he is fasting.. Charan Das laughs again and tells Su that fasting is only for women..men don't do such things. Su turns around and tells them, "If a woman can keep Karwachauth fast for her husband's long life..well being and to keep him away from all troubles.. can't a husband fast for his wife's success? Today is KK's exam..and she is doing all for her husband..for me. And I know she will succeed." Charan Das & Lighter leave Su in his state..

KK sits for her examination..

Nivi is upset and angry..asks her lawyer how can KK go this far. Nivi says KK cannot win..she will have to lose. Nivi's lawyer tells her that one should never underestimate one's opponents. Nivi laughs it off..asks him if he really thinks a woman who is always in her kitchen can be a threat..its the court, not her kitchen. Nivi's lawyer tells her that she needs to remember that not only is KK Su's lawyer now..but his wife too.. Nivi says fine she will not underestimate KK..but she can't be sitting idle..she has to do something to stop this.

BREAK..

KK is writing her examination papers.. Suddenly she has flashes of Su-Nivi (the first time she saw them together), and how Su tried to tell her thr truth but was taken away by the police.. KK feels uneasy.. but continues to finish her exam.

Full family at home..expressing their happiness over KK's struggle and giving her exams. All are sure KK will definitely pass her exams with flying colours. Dadaji wonders where KK could be..

In jail.. the hawaldar informs Su that someone has come to meet him. Su is happy..tells Charan Das that his wife..his KK has come to meet him. Charan Das tells him to turn around.. Its Dhruv. Su sees Dhruv & is slighlty disappointed.. Dhruv tells Su, "I know you are disappointed that mom didn't come to meet you..but I assure you she is only thinking about you..whether you've eaten and if everything is fine. Good news is that mom has given her exams and it went off really well..now we all are waiting for her results." Su thinks to himself "I failed in my exam..I thought you'd come and meet me..but I guess I was wrong."

Back home..KK in her room..with a pic of Su in her hand, says, "I wanted to come and meet you, but I stopped myself. I know no one can understand me better than you do.. Somewhere deep down in my heart I do know that you can never go so wrong..but I can't ignore the truth that I saw..and now I'm in search of the truth that brought about so much distance in our relationship."

BREAK..

All family members (including Neeti) are awaiting KK's result.. marking days in the calender.. Sukanya bua is annoyed with everyone and wonders what magic KK has done on everyone..

In jail, the hawaldar comes & gives Su prasad.. Su tells Lighter & Charan Das to wake up and have prasad.. Both wonder what happened, and why he is so happy.. Su tells them that today is KK's reults and he had requested the inspector to offer prayers in the mandir for KK on his behalf..and this is the prasad for that. Charan Das laughs and wonders what Su is made of.. Su says he knows KK will pass with flying colours..

Sharman & Neeti come home with the news that KK's results have been announced and they need to check it on the internet. All gather in the study.. Kul is looking through the results, but KK's name is not there.. All are worried..Veena says to check properly.. KK is standing by the door and is disappointed to hear her name is not there in the list. Dhruv says he will check.. Dhruv realises that KK's name is not in the second list which Sharman said..but in the first list - the merit list..with KK's name at the top! All are happy..rejoicing.. Sharman goes to KK..lifts her up and says he knew KK will top..

Nivi gets a call that KK has topped the exams..and cannot believe it..throws the phone and breaks a frame. Nivi says she never imagined KK could get so far.. but, is also happy that now the fight has got more interesting. Nivi vows that KK cannot win..

KK tells the family that now she will win..

Nivi says now the fight is between 2 friends..and she will destroy SuKK..

The hawaldar comes to tell Su that a woman has come to meet him.. Su thinks it must be Nivi and tells the hawaldar to tell the woman he does not want to meet her.. The hawaldar tells Su that his wife has come to meet him.. Su gets really happy..tells Charan Das that he knew his wife will come to meet him..to give him the good news of her exam results. Charan Das & Lighter are happy for Su..

Su comes to the meeting room and is happy to see KK.. Su can't control his tears.. Wiping his tears, tells KK, "seeing you after so long na.. Congratulations on passing with top honours.. I knew you'd succeed..and first thing you'd do was come and give me the good news.. You don't know but you've come here and returned me back my life..I'm soooo happy.." KK stops him, "Mr. Sumit Wadhwa.. The person standing in front of you, is not as your wife, but your lawyer Kumkum Wadhwa, and I'd request you..as much as you can..to help me with the case." Su is shocked & heartbroken..tears rolling down his cheeks..tells KK, "I thought my wife has come to meet me.. I thought you'll come..hug me..and give me the good news of your results..but this is what you're doing to me?" KK stops him again, "Mr.Wadhwa! I'm here not to fulfil patni dharm, but a lawyer's dharm..and I'd request you to cooperate with me regarding the case.." Su tells her, "But you've become a lawyer for your Su, na?" KK says, "Please..I'd like to discuss the case, and request you to keep your personal & professional relations aside.. In any case, I'm not permitted to meet you for long." Su agrees.. Both sit to discuss the case.. KK asks Su to tell her the exact details..the truth..about what happened with Nivi & how.. Su puts his hand on KK's hand..tells her, "For me, you're the Lord..you're the Geeta..and I'll speak the truth, but will you trust me?" KK says, "I can only decide between the truth & false once I study the case properly.." Su tells KK that Katara is alive.. KK is shocked..

BREAK..

Su tells KK that Katara is alive.. Recounts everything that happened between him & Nivi from the time KK was jailed (all scenes replayed..as it happened).. Su tells KK that he & Nivi made a deal, that if he goes to her, she will release KK from the case.. Su says he did everything only for KK.. Su asks KK to look into his eyes and see if he is saying the truth or lieing.. KK looks into his eyes.. Su keeps asking if she trusts him.. Just then the hawaldar tells KK that their meeting time is up.. KK gets up to leave.. Su stops her and asks her again if she trusts him.. KK does not answer.. Su says,"I don't care what verdict is passed for me.. But its important what verdict you pass.." KK does not say anything..and leaves.

Outside, KK gets into the car..and cries.. While Su walks back to the lock-up..

Su enters the lock-up..and sits down. Charan Das looks at Su, who seems to be totally dejected..and asks him, "What happened? You went from here as if you're going to gain everything..but returned like you lost everything." Su says, "I've yet not lost everything..but the fear of losing is there. KK did not trust me.. She says she came here as a lawyer.. But then, even if she came as a lawyer, she is fighting for her husband only na?" Su reassures himself..

BREAK..

Night time.. everyone asleep in Wadhwa house. KK, in her room, going through books and jotting down points regarding the case..

Next morning, outside court..media surrounds Nivi and asks her about what she thinks of her case. Nivi says, "For the sin Su has committed, I'm sure I'll get justice..I have full faith in my God and the judiciary system." The reporter asks her what does she think of KK fighting the case for her husband.. Nivi says, "You'll can see KK fighting the case..but not what I'm going through?" Nivi walks away from the media without answering any of their other questions..

Inside court, Su is brought to the witness box.. Full Wadhwa family is there - Dada, Dadi, Kul, Veena, Sukanya bua, Sharman & Neeti (no Dhruv) - Su looks out for KK.. Just then KK enters and he is happy to see her. Nivi wishes KK good luck.. KK tells her she should keep her good luck to herself..she might need it later. KK walks upto the defence lawyers chair.. Su sees that KK is wearing the mangalsutra he gifted her.. Su feels happy and says (in his mind) "You're wearing the mangalsutra that I gave you.. Gives me hope that deep down, somewhere, our love & trust is yet alive.." KK says (in her mind..answering Su) "No Su..I'm just fulfilling my duties as a wife and a human being."

The judge enters and asks for the case to proceed. KK gets up, and first thanks the court and judge for understanding emotions and giving her time to give her exams and fight the case..and proving to society that the judiciary system does have a heart. The judge tells KK that the judiciary system is for the society..and going by her plea to fight the case, there was no way she could say no..

The judge asks to proceed with the case.. Nivi's lawyer takes objection and gives the court some papers.. Kul looks at Dadaji and tells him that something seems wrong.. Dadaji says, "Don't worry..KK is there na..she will handle everything" Nivi's lawyer brings out the fact that KK herself has been charged with a crime..a crime that she has not been aqcuitted from yet.. Her own case is yet pending..how can she fight a case for someone else? Everyone gets nervous.. The judge asks KK if its true.. KK says yes.. The judge says, "In that case.. I cannot permit you to fight this case" All are shocked.. Nivi smiles..

Kk says in the court tht the reason why she should not fight the case has still not being proved. The charge which she is facing, she is still not acquitted for it, and thus it is wrong, and so the people who r making this reason as my defeat not to fight the case they should study the books carefully. She says tht she is no wrong, and she has not killed katara, this charge is false. And so she should be given the permission to fight the case. The judge agrees.

Kk then goes on calling nivi. Nivi comes up and takes an oath, kk reminds her tht she has taken the oath of truth and so she should speak one.

Kk asks nivi how does she knows su, by wht relation, nivi says he is her frnds husband, kk asks nothing apart from it, whether they two are having any relationship, su speaks in between to defend him bt kk stops him and says tht unless he is asked he will not utter a word.

Nivi says tht she used to feel tht su too loved her, bt the false claim remained tht she loved him and he wanted something else from her. And he gained that by molesting her. Kk then asks that if su has molested her, then she should show some scratch marks out of tht molestation, nivi gets shocked, while others are happy. Nivi says that this is a ridiculous question, bt kk says tht she is asking the right question itself.

Nivi's lawyer stands up and says tht this is not true at all, to prove the truth one should not claim so low and he will give one proof which will resurrect that nivi was indeed raped, he shows the cd to the court, and hands it over. The judge says tht the court is adjourned for 1 hour so that the cd can been seen.

Su is being taken away, he keeps looking at kk..and kk stands still.

The entire WP is praising kk and how she stood herself and no proof can make her low. let nivi do anything. Sukanya interrrupts as usual and sees nivi going somewhere in the midst of the case. And wonders.

BREAK

The court starts again. And nivi's lawyer calls dadaji, to show su's character. He questions him as to why he threw su out, dadaji says tht since they came to know su-nivi relationship he did the act, to which the lawyer says tht su's dadaji only told tht they all knew abt su-nivi relationship.

The lawyer then questions su, and asks that once he was thrown out where did he go, he says tht he went to nivi's house, the lawyer asks whether he went forcibly or by his own wish,. he says by his own wish. The lawyer raises that point itself and gives kk a chance to ask.

Kk asks su, whether there is any truth in su-nivi relationship to which su says tht he has said it all the time tht he doesnt loved nivi at all. He only did farce just to save his wife from the case. He says tht there was a deal bet him and nivi tht if he has to save kk he has to do bewafai with her. And to save my wife I chose that path. He says that he wanted to prove kk innocent and he could do that since he has seen Katara alive. So the charge against kk comes to a false one. He says tht he personally saw katara alive and he recorded every detail of it in a chip, bt before that he could expose katara to the world he was caught and after reaching to this point he could no longer hold back, and so he fought with nivi to get hold of that clip and nothing more than that. He says that he just wanted to prove to the world that his wife is innocent.

Throughout this kk sees su with moist eyes.

Nivi's lawyer calls for nivi again, and he questions her tht whtever su said was it true, was the deal in place..nivi rejects saying tht whtever he is saying is rubbish and there was no such deal. She says tht I faced the brunt so much , and if the proof hs to be seen, then see this. She shows bruises on her body, all the way and cries and yells. Kk is shocked to see this so as su and everyone. Nivi cries saying tht she was molested completely by this man, and why should a lady who has been molested will ever lie.

Her lawyer supports her and says tht the truth is wht can be seen and wht it has been heard. The judge says to nivi tht if this is the truth then she will surely get a justice. And the convict will be punished.

The judge adjourns the court till next day.

BREAK

Su is being taken away by the police and he keeps on looking at kk who is completely down at the moment. Nivi comes to kk and says tht wht happnd to her, its different story to be a lawyer and to defend her husband. Kk questions her that about an hour ago there were no marks on her body then how come they r there right now. Nivi applauds kk's eyes, and says tht she will make sure that kk will not win the case and su her husband will be behind the bars forever.

Kk comes out of the court thinking of wht su said to her before. The way he pleaded to her to believe him and tht he will never change. Kk repents her mistakes and says tht su was right, her su was right and she should have beleived him before. Su never changed, he was still the same and she didnt believed him.

She goes on saying tht her su pleaded her bt she turned down his pleadings bt now no more.

She comes in front of shivas idol and says tht she believes su, she says sorry to su frm heart and says tht she promises to win this case as now nothing can stop her now. She says tht her trust and love has been regained and now she will fight not as a lawyer bt as a wife.

She says tht now kk will not be seperated from su..and she will save su at any cost. She promises this to herself and her su.
