Kumkum's labour pains
The Kumkum saga is also set to take a generation leap this week. But prior to the jump, there is some high drama in this Star Plus afternoon soap. Here's the dope… Kumkum (Juhi Parmar) will develop labour pains and deliver twins.
That makes Sumeet (Hussain) the proud papa of a boy and a girl at one go! Jatin who was later turned into the scheming character of Manik (Anuj Saxena) will be killed by the cops but not before he kidnaps Dhruv (Ronak Bhatiya).
There will be a showdown between Kumkum and Manik with the cops chasing him and finally gunning him down. His end marks the entry of Vivan Bathena playing the grown-up Dhruv (Kumkum and Jatin's son) while Gaurav Khanna and Chahat Khanna will be Kumkum's twins.
Shilpa Anand and Sayantani have been selected to play the female leads opposite Bathena and Khanna. That will make Kumkum a saas in the making!
