After successfully dominating Hindi general entertainment category, television's biggest event - Vatika Hair Oil STAR Parivaar Awards comes back on STAR Plus, with a bang! As the event makes way on the channel, this Sataruday, 11 March would be a prelude to festivities with the event Gharaati Vs Baraati, a show full with fanfare of fun, hungama and entertainment, as it portrays the universal row between dulha-dulhan families, seen in every traditional Indian wedding.
Hosted by the glamorous and delightful duo-Rajeshwari and Varun Badola, the event will brighten up the spirit of competition between the two teams Gharaatis and Baraatis, as the couple will stage some high-spirited chemistry. Sparkled and lit by many a television stars the evening would witness television's favorite characters and actors all getting together under the roof of STAR Parivaar, like a true big family!
The Baraatis
While the rein of Baraati's team would be in the hands of Babuji, (Kahanii Ghar Ghar Ki), Rishi (Kahiin to Hoga), Akshat (Kahiin to Hoga), Swayam (Kahiin to Hoga) and Anees (Baa Bahoo Aur Baby).
The Gharaatis
A close and tough competition would come from Gharaati's team spearheaded by Ba (Baa Bahoo Aur Baby), Kumkum (Kumkum), Charu (Kahiin To Hoga), Gayatri (Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii) and Ganga (Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi).
Filled with tongue-in-cheek events, incidents and activities, Gharaati Vs Baraati will be an interesting mix of glamour and humour which is sure to leave viewers in splits as they watch their favourite stars perform or even out-perform each other while making laddoos, rotis; gimmicking, tricking, quizzing or even imitating each other's on-screen characters, topping it all with witty remarks and high-energy drama.
