ab tak sirf sumit kumkum say pyar kerta tha aur kumkum is confused that is she love su or not

are they really in love or they are just friend

but now su will make her realizew that how much she love him

as in today episiod she cant bear su pain

and nw in upcoming episiod also kk can marry infront of su
