It was a flashback in the episode where they showed the kumkum-sumit-nivi love triangle.
sumit writes a letter to kumkum expressing his feelings but kumkum says no to him.
She says she still loves jatin and no one can take his place.
I t is raining in that scene.
I think kumkum finally agrees and they hug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
