Shd Character Justice be given to all characters other than Main Lead?

I have been writing a FF based on the new generation characters of Kumkum Bhagya (KKB) on two platforms Tellyupdates and Wattpad and I’m discussing here the input, my readers shared through their comments. Kumkum Bhagya is one of the serials which has A BILLION Characters and for sure the MOST LOVED of them all, right now is PRANBIR.

But my question here is just because Pranbir are the main, should the complete focus be only on them? Because there are also other characters like Aryan, Shahana, Rishi, Priyanka, Mishti, Sanju which have no base at all.

Rishi-Priyanka story started a few months back and ON ONE FINE BLUE MOON DAY erased off as if they never existed. Aryan-Shahana who are supposed to be a pair have no story at all other than being JOKERS! Then, KOHLIS seem to have forgotten they have a DAUGHTER too, Mishti, because her character was present hardly for a scene or two and then chucked off just like that. Finally, Sanju’scharacter too made a random presence and disappeared with no proper logical reasoning given to his plot.

So, what my readers feel is all these CHARACTERS SHOULD BE GIVEN JUSTICE!

Especially to the pair Arhana, they shouldn’t be reduced to just COMEDIANS/JOKERS in the serial as they are now. Earlier, like Arhana even Purab-Bulbul of the older generation, were subjugated just to hype Abhigya which was UNJUST to the characters of Purab-Bulbul.

I’m saying this because a lot of my readers who are mainly Arhana fans (Please note: The number of Arhana fans IN TOTAL are very LESS to Pranbir fans, because Arhana fans are hardly 10% of Pranbir fans; I have no data but I can CALCULATE from the fandoms made); They wish that Arhana story should be developed while keeping the PRIMARY FOCUS on Pranbir.

And even the other disappearing and reappearing characters like Ranbir’s sister, Mishti; Rishi-Priyanka should be given a proper plot to make this SERIAL INTERESTING!

So, what do you all think of this opinion?

Yeah. They should give space to Arhana too and I think we will get it later. Personally don't want ro see Priyanka and Rishi. But would love if Kiara and sunny are given focus.

On a side note I gues bulbul was initially parallel lead but then the actor joined other reality show thats why her role was reduced. And then she left the show.

Rishi and priyanka are uninteresting and irritating, that's why cv's got rid of them intentionally. Arhana too should get good scenes too. I like them. One thing I've noticed about all itv serials is that they cannot focus on more than one couple at a time at all. It's same with so many shows I've watched.

With arhana they've only really shown 2-3 scenes that show they are attracted to each other, and that's it. I guess in future cv's may develop their chemistry more.

I guess once they have established pranbir, they'd focus on Arhana. Because more than Arhana itself, Aryan deserves a separate track with respect to his parentage. So we just have to wait. And I think they are making it seem like kohlis have only one son, don't you think so? So we might have to forget that Ranbir has siblings. Or maybe the CVs will bring it up in future for drama factor,you never know. But yeah,so far they haven't just focused on pranbir they were also focusing on Rhea and how she gets manipulated by Aliya etc it's only since the kidnapping track that they have given primary focus to pranbir. Maybe once this track gets over they'll show pranbir playing Cupid for Arhana or something?

And honestly I thought when Aliya went to jail and all they should show Aryan's reaction but they only showed Rhea. At the end of the day,kumkum bhagya is about abhigya and their kids I guess. It started off as it's about Arora sisters but as someone here rightly pointed out once bulbul left even purab seems like just a side character. The whole abhigya saga technically started because of purab. So let's seee, but you are right. I do want to see them explore shahna's background and how she became a part of prachi's life etc I want Arhana to be separate characters rather than pranbir's diary :3

You are absolutely right Sammy but these serials are not able to focus on different characters properly because of the UNORGANISED PLOT made by the creators in the serial.

And the reason you gave for Bulbul's character exit is also CORRECT, but again I guess in one of Mrunal thakur's interview, she said she wants to leave because all the focus of the show was on Abhigya's story.

Definitely Pranbirkirda, everyone loves Pranbir and their uniqueness! But the question is:

JUST TO HYPE PRANBIR, IS IT JUST TO SUBJUGATE THE OTHER CHARACTERS AND THEIR PLOT?

I guess at the end of the day kumkum bhagya is about abhigya. And pranbir is an important part of abhigya's journey as their enemy is Rhea and this covering both the daughters of abhigya. Everyone else is just antagonists or supporting characters to abhigya's family. And I guess it has a lot more to do with audiences response. In kkb people used to love watching only for abhigya and now pranbir included. Arhana and Purab Disha fandom is relatively too less comparatively. The CVs did try showing other plots like Rishi and Priyanka but audience hated it. And I still feel like Priyanka will be back for revenge much later so let's see. Can't expect much logic from itv. I totally have zero expectations after they decided to make sunny disappear and bring in Mishti and mention ranbir's brother only to later give indications that Ranbir is the only son. So no idea.

I guess more than the audience response it's more to do with the UNORGANISED PLOT 👎 made by the cvs because personally as a writer and a observer of comments in TU.

I do feel audience do want to see what happened to Rishi-Priyanka, Ranbir's sister Mishti and progress in Disha, Purab, Arhana story.

So more than audience response, it's just a technique by the cvs I guess to promote their MAIN LEAD!

All this is what I could conclude from reading the comments of the audience so I can't claim it's a FACT which I pointed out.
