I watched the episode where the old man reveals his past. But what is not clear to me or somehow I missed is that, who is the "doosri aurat"? Just a friend, colleague, or second wife? I kind off thinking she was a colleague and Sarla maa somehow found them in a compromising situation that she didn't want any explanation.

She was just the 'other woman' in young Baba's life which was enough for Dadi to throw Baba out of their house. They didn't focused on who that other woman is!! Btw it seemed that even that woman didn't knew about Sarla Ma.

Ok then. It was just an extremely bad patch up work they did to create a reason for separation.

It would have been more convincing if writers had shown baba fathering these two girls with 'other' women by keeping his mother and wife under darkness and that being shown as a major reason for separation including him taking away those two girls who weren't born to Sarla. They could have also shown that the 'other' woman died young or left him as soon as she found him hiding about being already married and also after he lost his family property etc. Baba is repenting now and he had to raise both this girls alone on his own, could have made more sense to audience. 😳

In such case Rodadi & Sarla hiding truth of their father being alive from Pragya & Bulbul could have made more sense. Essence of Arora's existence, Sarla's over emphasis of Kumkum, pati and sasural on Pragya over last 3 yrs, her running marriage hall single handedly and Rodadi's bindaas attitude got punctured with this kind of half baked insensitive suddenly cooked up past revelation.

I believed I heard her address him as bhaiya,,,,,,but seriously which man in their right mind will steal his young daughters from their mother to get back at her for catching him with another woman...really ekta...there are so many other less foolish reasons...however kundali plays out...really does not hold my interest...usually from a promo and the way the actors speak and act catches my attention...but the promo did not...and it is so wrong for ekta to use kkb to grab attention for kundali...this show should run on its own steam...via actors and story...but saying it is a spin off of kkb is just to catch the attention of the viewers...

@mits...imagine she said that kkb is missing something in the storyline and her answer to that was to come up with kundali ...it kkb is missing something then work with the writers or get some ideas from this forum on how to make it work better...she also says she gets bored quickly or one project so she seems to be jumping into another...they are diminishing kkb to introduce kundali and this may backfire pretty badly for them...none of the stars sorry to say in kundali does not match up to shabir and sriti as abhi and pragya...ekta may be getting extremely greedy and as such she is dissing the show that is the most successful for her and zee tv...for without kkb zeetv would be down in the bottom of the barrel...good business sense or stupidity...more look like the latter...

Pragya's dad's story should have been a part of her serial. They just want kdb to use the popularity of KKB. I don't have any problem with the actors their but I don't find this idea of Pragya's sisters coming from a whole different universe suddenly.. spin off could have been of Bulbul and Purab. And you see they'll be using AbhiGya for atleast a month in that show so that ppl watch it atleast for them. Ekta neglects KKB, you know I think her poll recently asking which show is more better bw KKB or YHM, she was asking it to decide ki Spin off kiska ho?? Anyways, I am gng to completely avoid it!!

ann regarding that women using 'bhaiyya' word which confused some viewers, below lines may clarify.

Young Sarla caught her husband red handed with a woman in a hotel room or lodge. He opened the door thinking it was room service and was shocked to find his wife standing before his eyes, and the 'other' woman at the same time came from inside with a water jug complaining 'bhaiyya tumne pani nahi rakha' again assuming it may be room service guy at the door.. looked like pretty rushed and hurriedly shot scene without proper screen play..

Whether people like us want to ignore new Balaji show KDB or not, first KKB badly needs proper damage control by both Zee and Balaji which they are ignoring at the moment. Their interviews, press statements and promos of KDB have been scaring, confusing and driving many KKB viewers crazy last few weeks rather than raising curiosity levels and drawing eyeballs for their new show. Good test case of a backfired marketing plan..

Both original story and base foundation of KKB has not only been butchered with this sudden turn of babaji's plot but of late many offline and online viewers have also been coming to a conclusion that KKB is ending on 11th Jul,Tisha are quitting the show hence they brought back Abhi's memory in a jiffy and are killing Pragya (as per new promo) to wind up the show, so for that they have introduced a sudden dead father alive with his two new daughters and two new male leads for them, allowing KDB to take over KKB from 12th Jul. 😕

Its surprising that there is no press release till now from concerned teams, that KKB is NOT ending and will continue airing at 9pm slot Mon-Fri for a long time on Zee with Abhigya story as focus point with some twists and turns.😳
