In lonavla things start to get better between Abhi and Pragya. They both start their friendship without any hurdle. Sid and Alia's MMS video leaks in social networking site. Things turn ugly between both families again including Purab and Bulbul working together. Alia moves away from Sid to save from further humiliation in both families. People still gossip around to their siblings especially Purab and Bulbul.

She takes over Pragya's dream of building the hotel. Both sisters indulge in heated argument when Bulbul accuses her sister to prefer her over Alia. Misunderstands increase when Pragya unknowingly save Alia from the disaster in the party but fails to save Bulbul. She breaks ties with Pragya in anger and frustration. In all the destruction, Abhi becomes her sole support forgetting his commitment and promise to Rajiv. Both of them grow close in the course of time. Bulbul decides to break Pragya's dream and marriage by revealing the six month deal in front of families. Alia tries to clear the misunderstanding but is insulted by Bulbul badly, She makes move by calling Rajiv back to india and instigating him against the couple. Initially he does not believe but seeing Pragya's concern for Abhi he becomes aggressive and decides to take revenge. Tanu senses her brother's intention quickly and tries to stop him but in vain. He becomes chief of another high tech company to bring down the shares of Abhi's company. Purab comes forward and knock sense in Bulbul's head for messing the life of her own sister. He clears the misunderstanding from her head. Rajiv targets on Alia to revenge from Abhi for betrayal. He uses Jai to force upon Alia and brutally rapes her.

Rakesh is about to disown Abhi and Pragya to avoid further clashes. They both leave the house but soon finds out about Alia's condition. The media and public disgrace Mehra and Arora family and slowly they lose their business. Jai is about to lose the case but Tanu finds the proof against him. He is imprisoned for lifetime but does not give the name of Rajiv. Tanu however finds out the deed of her brother but he threatens her to harm Abhi's life. Due to her feelings for Abhi she does not say anything.

Rajiv brings Arora and Mehra family to streets badly capturing their business and house. It is revealed it was indeed Rajiv's parents who created rift in both families for money. His father Arjun was employee in the office. Their office was same at that time. They worked like brothers raising their empire at heights. Arjun felt left alone and set out to ruin the whole empire. He instigated Rakesh against Prakash for doing illegal activities. Arjun is thrown out of office but he has big debt which he could not pay and dies in heart attack. Rajiv holds Rakesh and Prakash responsible for mess in his life. His uncle joins him too and make Prakash and Rakesh enemies. But he does not stop and sets out to revenge by faking love to Pragya and befriends Abhi.

Rakesh and Prakash finds his identity and confronts him. He shoots on Rakesh and is fired by bullet. He goes into coma but doctor tells him about his critical condition. Due to the financial condition, they are not able to arrange for money. Things take turn when Rajiv make situation look like Sid fired bullet on Rakesh. He is arrested for the attempt to murder.

Rajiv makes deal with Pragya to save her father in law in exchange of marrying him and release Sid. He tells Pragya to marry him and divorce Abhi. She gets in dilemma but finally sacrifice her honor and dignity.

Purab and Bulbul helps a designing company to export clothes. Alia gets back in her dancing competition and wins it for money. Everybody is able to get some money for treatment but lacks little bit amount. Unfortunately the bag is stolen on the way.

Pragya seeing the condition goes ahead with Rajiv's deal. She indulges in fake fights with everybody and make Abhi sign divorce papers. Tanu comes forwards and stops Pragya from doing a disaster. She returns their bag and is able to save Rakesh and Sid.

In course of time Tanu outsmart Rajiv in confessing his deeds. She makes him arrest to police and is given punishment. Things get better after storm passed from both families . Abhi and Pragya consummate their marriage. In few months she gets pregnant and celebration gets double. Alia and Sid's marriage gets in halt due to her previous incident. She wishes to not ruin somebody's life by marrying. Sid makes her understand his affection for her and agrees to marry at any cost. Purab and Bulbul too have some sort of fights but agrees for the marriage. After some drama the couples get married.

Abhi and Pragya's life become bed of roses but were unaware of thorns. Rajiv runs away from jail with the help of prisoners. The families visit small hill station for vacation. Tanu tries to contact them to inform but in vain. Rajiv kidnaps Pragya and brings near the forest but Abhi traces the location. He, Purab and Sid goes to save her. In the process of saving Abhi, Pragya is stabbed in her stomach. He is devastated seeing his lady love dying in arms. In fit of rage he kills Rajiv but he too dies in the fight.

The families are devastated with the death of their only children who were responsible for the reunion. Towards the end everybody live together for Pragya and Abhi's peace. They cremate both of their bodies together in respect.
