in this case ppl are afraid of the big bad villains alia and Nikhil...he could just go to any random person and threaten them to get his work done...

I believe Pragya or the team could have hired able detectives to collect evidence against TaKhil.. rather than trying themselves. At least after BB's death they should have been careful. It was obvious TaKhil are very dangerous. Anyways, Daadi can give Pragya money or Pragya herself might own that money to hire people to get justice if that can help.

Or they could still use the rockstar's relatives card too..

Whatever.. I find it so hard to accept BB died and Maa was tortured.. and no one cares about it to get them justice.

Expectation hurts... so don't expect anything!! This ML of the villains will completely be in favour of the villains for now!! Team could have filed the complaint when Sarla Maa was able to talk again? Tab nahi kara, ab to koi fayda bhi nahi hoga!! Pragya k paas power, paisa sab tha!! Ab to she'll be back to her normal self!!
