Here is what we can expect in the months ahead

Given the past year and the fact that the writers and EK cannot come up with anything original even if their lives depended on it, I can with full confidence predict what will happen over the next six months:

• There will be 3-4 more kidnapping dramas.
• There will be at least 2 probably 3 more hospital dramas.
• Everybody including all imaginary friends will fall down the stairs at least once.
• There will be 2-3 more botched and confusing DNA tests with at least one suggesting that Nikhil and Abhi are both fathers of the child but Tanu is not the mother.
• Each of Pragya, Abhi, Nikhil and Tanu will have 3 or more birthday parties within the next six months.
• There will be 100 more missed revelation opportunities.
• Finally, after a relatively easy 24 month pregnancy, Tanu will give birth to a girl.
• We will then have a 20 year leap at which time the girl will be shown as a major brat.
• Finally the girl herself will tell Abhi she is not his daughter. At this time a major accident will occur, Pragya will die and as her dying wish she will ask Abhi to marry Tanu and give the girl his name.

There will be 2-3 more botched and confusing DNA tests with at least one suggesting that Nikhil and Abhi are both fathers of the child but Tanu is not the mother.
