Friday Aug 5 epi Plates shifting, volcanoes erupting as show resettles
The last 2 weeks have been the show's best epis. Cracks are getting bigger and emotions are erupting as the show breaks away from the original storyline.
Abhi is fine. Everybody minus Nikhil are at the hospital.
Pragya slapped Aliya for the accident. How shamelessly Aliya admits they planned to murder her because she was a problem in their lives but Abhi got caught. Pragya calls her the problem in her life and says she could try to kill Aliya. Aliya seemed genuinely concerned about her brother. Tanu got a slap from Pragya; she'ill never change.
She yells at taaliya for their lies and games. She says she'll make them suffer, only she wants to wait till Abhi gets better. May never happen. Although I did say before, there'll be a real revenge track from Pragya for all the things the villains did.
Dadi herself has had enough of Pragya's imtihaan. See, that's a bad sign for Pragya. That means a bigger test is coming.
What does all this mean? Depends on what doctors will say about Abhi's memory loss.
I think Aroras and Mehras will go their separate ways. At least that's what I want.
Abhi will go back to dadi and taaliya. I feel Nikhil will be gone. No role for him now.
Purab will hang on as Abhi's friend. Not sure where he'll go now.
I used to think a lot about how Pragya's married life can ever get better. The plot was too tightly knotted around Aliya's hatred for Pragya and Pragya's love for Abhi. The only way Pragya can be happy is for Aliya to change. Or for Purab to accept Aliya. Both are not going to happen. It has to come back to Aliya. She started this mess.
The only way to break this nexus is make Abhi forget Pragya. Now all the knots come apart. So this accident served that purpose in changing the storyline. Wait and see how.
Sriti has been superb in these confrontational, against all odds, and testing her mettle scenes. No one can not sympathize with Pragya. Her anger at taaliya is way overdue, but things will soon turn against her?? CV's, you're so cunning in giving her that little satisfaction, but you know she's going to lose to them. Her happiness that she'll now start a life with Abhi doing all the things he wanted to do - all nice. But boy, is she in for a heartbreak.
Her world is going to get shattered soon. I wish there's a surprising twist in this memory loss that'll spare her some agony.
High for ratings epi. Sriti was brilliant. Not a good epi for me. Epis are getting emotionally exhausting.
