Part 10 (Last Part) :

"Purab. You? Here?" asked Pragya as she was surprised seeing him there.

"So you didn't expect me at your birthday party. This is not good" said Purab continuing his drama.

"No Purab. I didn't mean that. Sorry..." she saw him smiling while she was talking and stopped.

She patted him.

"Here is your birthday gift Di" he offered her a small gift wrapped parcel.

She tried to unwrap it, but Purab stopped it. He whispered to her to not open it in front of Abhi.

Abhi heard it and asked why.

"That's something personal between brother and sister." said Purab

"What personal?" asked Abhi with a curious face.

Sarla Maa asked them to stop this and told Pragya to give cake to Purab. They came to the hall again and started the cake party again.

Abhi said, "My birthday gift" and handed over an envelope to her. Pragya opened it.

It said that her manuscript was accepted for publication in their journal. She was more than happy. It was her first publication. She had tears in her eyes and hugged him. For almost 15 mins, she was talking about how important this was to her while he was just staring at her. Party got over with Rockstar Daadi's dance performance.

Purab was about to go home and everyone went to the entrance bid him bye. Abhi tried to open Purab's gift without anyone noticing. After unwrapping half of the parcel, he looked around to see if there was anyone around. Pragya was standing there. He left the parcel there and went away whistling. He tried asking Pragya about the gift. He even teased her for losing the 'Suniye' challenge and asked to show him the gift in return. She replied that she didn't lose but he tricked her to lose. He gave up.

After Abhi went home, Pragya opened the gift and she started smiling. She texted Purab. Purab got Pragya's thanks message. He knew that his Di would definitely want to hear Abhi's songs at least now. His CD gift made her day a little more adorable.

Pragya had a deep sleep after so many days. It was during lunch time he saw Abhi standing near the staff room door. They went to canteen together.

"I have another gift for you" said Abhi.

She raised her eyebrows.

"It's a secret. I heard Daadi talking with Sarla Ma" he almost whispered that.

"What secret?" asked Pragya casually while eating.

"They were talking about our marriage date. We are getting married next month. They wanted to surprise us. But I overheard them. Now, how exciting is this?"

Abhi was talking enthusiastically.

"You said you are going to give a gift" said Pragya in a flat tone.

"Yes, this is a gift. This is a happy news, isn't this a gift?" replied Abhi.

"What's so exciting in this?" asked Pragya with an upset face. Abhi's excitement got cut down.

"Being a wife is so boring." saying this she started going to the staff room.

"What?" Abhi was puzzled.

"Pragya..." Abhi started to run behind her.

After 2 months,

Pragya was standing at the edge and was almost frozen. The height was approximately equal to a 20 storey building. She was thinking why did Abhi make her do this? She was afraid to jump. She was thinking of going back, but she could not. Somebody gave a little push to her from the back. She jumped and started screaming aloud. When she reached the lower end, her fear turned into excitement. Her adrenaline was pumping so high. She couldn't forget her bungee jumping experience even after 15 minutes.

"I told you na. It would be good" Abhi said.

"Yes, it was. But I don't know why the instructor pushed me when I was not really ready for the jump"

Abhi said, "It was not the instructor. It was me" with a laugh. She started chasing him.
