Episode begins with, Abhi signed some paper while Tanu come toward him. She find him lost in his thoughts. She called his name...to get his attention toward her. Abhi gave his ear to Tanu and Tanu told him that her father called today. She knows her father is mad at her, but still she is there daughter and her father needs her because her mother is sick and her father can't take care of her. Tanu share her confusion weather to stay back and help Sarla or her mother. Abhi clear her doubts and tell her to be with her mother. Tanu gave Abhi a hug and thanked him.
Nikhil spots Tanu leaving and stops her in the corridor of the hospital. Both facing opposite direction. Both of them are talking about Sarla and the situation. Tanu demands that Nikhil murder Sarla Auntie before she gain conscious. And when she hears the good-news, she'll return. Nikhil reminds her that Abhi, himself is protecting Sarla Auntie and he can't do anything. Tanu threats him, don't bother calling her until he kills Sarla Auntie, otherwise Abhi would learn about their relation. Tanu leave behind frustrated Nikhil.
Sarla Auntie is brought home and her family is taking care of her needs. Medical treatment is given at home. Nurse give Pragya list of medication that would be needed, but someone take that paper stating he'll get them. Suddenly a lady come inside the room crying and looking at Sarla. Her friend demanding to wake her up. Pragya emotionally controlling herself and supports shattered friend of Sarla. She embrace her and Abhi leaves the room. On his way out Abhi get a call.
Nikhil called Abhi. Nikhil act as he doesn't know anything. Abhi told him to forget everything and told him that Sarla Auntie met with accident. Her condition is brutal. Nikhil smartly asked Abhi...if Sarla Auntie revealed anything about the kidnappers to them. He sighed in relief after knowing, he's safe.
Pragya come to meet Abhi inside their room. She asked him about his thoughts and why he look confusion. Abhi reveal his doubt, why would anyone kidnap Sarla Auntie? It would make sense if anyone kidnap him or her (meaning Pragya) for money, but why Sarla Auntie? Nothing make sense. Pragya agrees with Abhi. Her doubts are the same. They try to figure out, what could have happened and why Sarla got kidnap. Abhi wanting to know, if any problem related to her Kumkum Bhagya, but Pragya denies it. She didn't have any enemies that what could be the reason behind it. Pragya sat down and thought about weather Tanu behind her mother's kidnap. Pragya determine to keep, eye on Tanu and take care of her mother too. Pragya asked Abhi to increase the protection for her mother. Abhi informed Pragya that he already done it.
Nikhil standing outside Abhi's mansion. Wondering how to get inside than he saw someone from the hospital and stopped him. He takes the person with him and hits him from behind and disguised himself as compound boy. Nikhil enter inside the mansion and collide directly into Mitali.
Nikhil get stop by Ronnie, but nurse saved him. Mitali takes Ronnie with her. Nikhil enter inside Sarla's room and determine to complete his unfinished business. Nikhil feels proud of himself and almost ready to kill her, but sudden foot step stops him. Ronnie enter inside the room and talk with Sarla. Ronnie sat beside Sarla and chats with her. Nikhil keeps on staring at him.
Tanu sleeping in her room, recalling Abhi's each words. She's determine to woo, Abhi back and feeling worried for herself. She's planning to take matters in her own hands.
Nikhil planning to get rid of Ronnie. Abhi and Pragya came inside the room. Abhi question Ronnie and remind him to watch outside. Abhi question about the compound boy, and Pragya feels confuse looking at the compound boy..
Precap: Abhi share his feeling with Tanu and he can do anything to protect his Sarla Maa because she gave him undefinable love more than his own mother.
