I think Nikhil will go to the Hospital as if he wanted to knw abt Sarla Maa's health.. When no one is there he might sneak into her room and try to inject some kind of poison or drug into her to kill her or try to stop her breath with a pillow.. and just then he might see a nurse/Abhigya coming in n fail the mission
