I am so happy!! These Friday-Saturday eps are the BEST thing I have seen on KKB in a very long time, aside from Pragya's fabulous outburst at Abhi a few days ago.

KKB better be #1 next week because THIS is how you maximize melodrama IN STYLE and eee this is amazing!

Sat Jan 9 epi - Painful, Aliya's full exposure - high rating puller

I live in California and have felt earthquakes!😊 I've heard rumblings, furniture moving all over, things falling. That's how I feel about the last 2 episodes. The plates underneath MM have crashed. Family has collapsed! Heavy injuries!!

Aliya says her brother is the cause of her wrath. So stopping Puliya is Abhi's mistake and now he has to suffer. I'm not defending Aliya, but she made a strong case for herself. Her brother somehow should have made Purab marry her. But he stopped her and publicly insulted her. He chose to support his wife's sister over his own sister, from her point of view. She forgets Purab does not love her. Her obsession is her problem. Not getting the love she wanted made her a baddie, she tells dadi. Most of us move on, but not psycho Aliya!

Interestingly, the only thing that Abhi actually acted on his own and was passionate about was RaBul wedding. Abhi has always dilly dallied about most of his decisions - throwing Pragya out of his house after their marriage, falling in love with Pragya, Tanu, Tanu baby, etc. But he was so adamant when it came to RaBul marriage and punishing/disowning Aliya. He did the right thing, but look what it brought him!

KKB story is just so captivating! A bro-sis bond threatened by wife-wife's sis. A husband-wife relationship attacked by a sis-in-law. None of these people can getaway from each other in this family-centric Indian soap. It's an impossible situation with very few options. Aliya changing and accepting the situation is the only solution, but its not going to happen now or soon. That's what rest of the show will be about.

Shikha plays the power hungry, nasty sis beautifully. A completely beaten down, heart broken brother well played by Shabir.

Painful to watch a family crumble. Excellent episode and super-excellent turn in the story!

Pragya's reaction today

I thought Pragya did what she always does - not react! Good for her! This is an unexpected military style coup and as the one overthrown, she has no choice but to remain silent.

I want to know what Pragya's thinking about all this, so I'm glad she didn't speak her mind. I don't think she plotted to out Aliya this way or if this is part of her plan!

She's dethroned as mugambo but not exposed as Pragya yet. She can't react as a bhabhi. She didn't react as a wife or a Mehra bahu. She stayed in character as mugambo and went along with the situation. Abhi wasn't expecting baharwali mugambo to defend him! She cannot attack Aliya, MM's new boss.

Now Pragya and dadi need to decide their next move. Is there a need for mugambo now? Dadi may want to end the mission, but Pragya may want to continue. Let's see what happens.

It's dadi call to expose mugambo to Abhi first. Dadi needs to offer an explanation to Abhi about mugambo's mission. The timing and context was not today's episode!

But she had the right reaction to Tanu. Aliya is still family, but Tanu never will be.

CV's want to show Pragya exposure next week to continue the high ratings for next week.
